六味地黄汤配合中药熏洗治疗细菌性阴道炎的疗效

[摘要] 目的 探討六味地黄汤配合中药熏洗治疗细菌性阴道炎的疗效。 方法 选取我院2014年9月～2015年12月收治的细菌性阴道炎患者104例，并随机将其均分成治疗组与对照组，每组52例。两组患者均给予甲硝唑治疗，在此基础上对照组采取六味地黄汤治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药熏洗治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血清炎性因子变化情况、氧化应激产物变化及复发情况。 结果 治疗7d后，治疗组临床疗效94.23%较对照组的78.85%高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗后TNF-α、CRP、IL-6及IL-8水平均较治疗前低（P<0.05），且治疗组明显较对照组低（P<0.05）；两组治疗后SOD、NO水平较治疗前高（P<0.05），且治疗组较对照组高（P<0.05）；两组ET-1与MDA水平均较治疗前低（P<0.05），且治疗组明显较对照组低（P<0.05）；治疗组复发情况少于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 细菌性阴道炎患者采取六味地黄汤与中药熏洗联合治疗，其临床疗效优于单用六味地黄汤治疗，可有效调节其血清炎性因子及氧化应激产物水平，降低其再复发的风险。

Efficacy of six ingredient rehmannia decoction combined with Chinese herb fumigation washing in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis

[Abstract] Objective To explore the eficacy of Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction Combined with Chinese herb fumigation washing in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis. Methods 104 cases of patients with bacterial vaginitis cured in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 52 cases in each.All the patients were treated with metronidazole.On this basis，patients in control group were treated with Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction，and patients in treatment group were treated with fumigation and washing of Chinese herbal medicine on the basis of control group.Clinical efficacy，changes of serum inflammatory factors，changes of oxidative stress products and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment of 7d，the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 94.23%，which was higher than that of the control group with 78.85% （P<0.05）.The levels of TNF-α，CRP，IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment （P<0.05），and the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）.The levels of SOD and NO in the two groups were higher than those before treatment （P<0.05），and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）.The levels of ET-1 and MDA in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment （P<0.05），and the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was less than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction and Chinese herbal fumigation washing in treatment of patients with bacterial vaginosis is better than that of the Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction.It can effectively regulate the levels of serum inflammatory factors and oxidative stress products，and reduce the risk of recurrence.

细菌性阴道炎属于妇产科常见病，是由阴道内微生态平衡失调所致。病理学研究显示[1-2]，细菌

性阴道炎发病与性关系混乱有关。当女性性频繁时，易导致阴道损伤，进而使阴道加德纳菌等致病细菌滋生于阴道内，生物作用产生胺类物质，引起阴道pH升高，使得乳酸杆菌的繁殖受到抑制，加速阴道表层细胞脱落，从而最终引起细菌性阴道炎。若未采取有效措施治疗细菌性阴道炎，导致病情迁延，可对其生育及胎儿发育造成严重影响，甚至引发子宫癌及卵巢肿瘤。目前，临床上治疗细菌性阴道炎主要以局部治疗与药物治疗为主，其治疗原则为恢复阴道正常的酸碱度。针对细菌性阴道炎的治疗方法较多，因临床疗效不一，进而增加患者选择的困难性。该疾病属于中医“阴痒”“带下”的范畴，有关研究发现[3]，采用中医治疗细菌性阴道炎，具有药效持久、安全高效的优势，可有效改善患者的阴道环境，降低病情复发的几率。……
