品管圈对骨科患者功能锻炼效果的临床作用研究

[摘要] 目的 研究品管圈對骨科患者功能锻炼效果的临床作用。方法 将88例骨科患者随机分成两组作为研究对象（收治时间是2015年2月1日～2017年1月31日），按照时间将患者分成两组，每组44例。一组实施常规护理管理（对照组）。一组采取品管圈护理管理（观察组）。对比两组患者疾病知识知晓评分、护理满意评分和术后功能锻炼缺失概率，同时评价观察组护理人员在品管圈活动开展前后的各方面能力。结果 观察组患者疾病知晓评分为（89.24±2.84）分，护理满意评分为（92.67±3.49）分，功能锻炼缺失概率为9.09%，上述指标均优于对照组数据，此外，观察组护理人员在品管圈活动开展后的沟通能力得分（89.64±2.21）分、团队协作能力得分（87.59±5.34）分、专业知识考评得分（90.59±3.16）分均高于品管圈活动开展前（P<0.05）。结论 品管圈能够有效促进骨科患者术后进行功能锻炼，提高患者满意度，同时还可使医护人员的综合能力提高，效果显著。

Clinical effect of quality control circle on function training of patients in department of orthopedics

[Abstract] Objective To study the clincial effect of quality control circle on function training of patients in department of orthopedics. Methods 88 cases of patients in department of orthopedics were randomly divided into two groups（The treatment time was from February 1， 2015 to January 31， 2017）. Patients were divided into two groups according to time， 44 patients / group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing management， and patients in observation group were treated with quality control circle management. Disease knowledge score， nursing satisfaction score and postoperative functional exercise loss probability of the two groups were compared. The ability of nursing staff in the quality control circle before and after the activities were carried out of observation group was evaluated. Results The score of disease awareness in the observation group was （89.24±2.84） points， the nursing satisfaction score was （92.67±3.49） points， and the probability of functional exercise deletion was 9.09%， the above indexes were better than those in the control group. In addition， in the observation group， the communication ability score （89.64±2.21） points， the team cooperation ability score （87.59±5.34） points and the professional knowledge evaluation score （90.59±3.16） points after the quality control circle activities were all higher than those of before the quality control circle activities（P<0.05）. Conclusion Quality control circle can effectively promote the Department of orthopedics patients after functional training， improve patient satisfaction. At the same time， it can also improve the comprehensive ability of medical staff， and the effect is remarkable.

骨科患者术后需进行规范的功能锻炼，否则各项功能极难恢复，但受医疗资源有限、患者专业医疗知识不足等因素的影响[1]，部分患者术后并无法按照要求完成功能锻炼，出现功能锻炼缺失的情况[2]，不但使康复时间延长，还增加了医疗成本，加重患者家庭经济负担，甚至引发医疗纠纷[3]。品管圈（quality control circle，QCC）属于比较活泼的品管形式[4]，由互补、相近或者是相同工作场所的人员自动组成小圈团体，集思广益、共同合作完成工作内容，目前在各大企业管理中应用较多[5]，但在临床护理工作中的应用还未得到大范围推广。……
