沟通情景演练对提高临床医护患沟通能力的效果观察

[摘要] 目的 在临床医护人员中展开沟通情景演练，以提升医生护士临床沟通能力。 方法 按照医生、护士及患者的在临床工作中出现的实际情况设计标准沟通情景，指导护士进行演练，演练并拍成视频资料，并对演练前后护理服务质量得分、医生与患者满意度进行对比。 结果 演练后护理服务质量评分均高于演练前，演练后医生与患者护理满意度也高于演练前，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 沟通情景演练有助于提升医生护士的临床沟通能力，这种演练方法可以进行推广应用。

Effect of communication situational exercise in the improvement of the communication ability of clinical nurses

[Abstract] Objective To conduct communication situational drills among clinical doctors and nurses，and to improve the communication ability of doctors and nurses. Methods According to the actual situation of doctors，nurses and patients in the clinical work，standard communication situation was designed to instruct the nurse to practice.And video data was carried on.The scores of nursing service quality and physician and patient satisfaction before and after the training were compared. Results The scores of nursing service quality after exercise were higher than those before exercise，and the satisfaction degree of doctors and patients after exercise was higher than that before exercise.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The communication situational exercises can help to improve the clinical communication ability of doctors and nurses.This drill method can be popularized and applied.

在現代社会中，人们开始认识到了建立良好人际关系的重要性。临床医疗护理活动中也是如此，护理人员必须在护理人员群体、与医师之间建立起良好的人际关系，这样才能确保患者治疗问题的良性传递，对于医务人员更好的了解患者情况、为患者提供真实的信息、加强护患之间的理解具有非常重要的作用，有助于治疗与护理效果的提升。因此，医护人员的沟通能力非常重要，相关研究显示[1]，护生需要从课堂学习过渡到临床实践中，这一过程中他们面对的社会对象发生了改变，到了医院中工作后，部分护生会对医院环境感到陌生、恐惧。另外，由于他们缺乏实践上的经验，根本不知道如何利用语言与患者沟通，加上操作技术不熟练，遇到一些情况可能不能做出有效的解释，因此很多行为活动会受到患者质疑。……
