中药辨证外敷加场效应透入治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床观察

[摘要] 目的 临床观察中药辨证外敷加场效应透入疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎治疗效果的影响。 方法 选取2015年11月～2017年2月来我院接受治疗的42例膝关节骨性关节炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各21例。对照组给予健膝止痛膏外敷治疗，通过辨证后对中药进行加减；治疗组除了使用健膝止痛膏外敷治疗以外，还另外加用场效应治疗。两组观察指标采用Lequesne指数进行评分，评分越低，恢复效果越好。然后观察比较两组患者的治疗总有效率，以及两组治疗后Lequesne指数评分，数据经过统计学分析，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者在治疗前，各项体征指标及Lequesne指数评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结果 经过治疗，治疗组患者的Lequesne指数评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05），治疗组患者的恢复总体有效率明显高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 中药辨证外敷加场效应透入疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎具有较好的临床治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of dialectical external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with field effect penetration treatment on the patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods From November 2015 to February 2017，42 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，21 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with external application of self-made traditional Chinese medicine Jianxizhitonggao，and the traditional Chinese medicine was modified by the dialectical method.In addition to the use of Jianxizhitonggao，the field effect penetration treatment was added in the treatment group.The two groups were scored with Lequesne index，the lower the scores，the better the recovery effect.By observing the total effective rate of treatment of the two groups，and the Lequesne index scores of two groups after treatment，the data were gained and statistically analyzed.When （P<0.05），the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05 ）. Results After the treatment，the Lequesne index score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P<0.05），the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The dialectical external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with field effect penetration treatment can improve clinical effect on the patients with knee osteoarthritis，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

膝關节骨性关节炎主要表现为膝关节疼痛及功能障碍，是一种以关节软骨退变为主而导致的一种临床常见病、多发病[1]。临床上有多种中医以及中西医结合的治疗方式，均取得了一定治疗效果[2-4]，但在操作方面，复杂程度不一，作为中医药适宜技术，不利于推广应用。本研究运用中药场效应透入疗法，通过辨证用药外敷，对膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行了临床疗效观察，取得了较满意的效果，且操作简便易行，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2015年11月～2017年2月来我院接受治疗的42例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象，其中男22例，女20例，年龄40～72岁，平均（59.2±8.4）岁，病程2～4年，平均（3.2±1.4）年。将42例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组患者21例，男10例，女11例，平均年龄（58.2±9.2）岁，平均病程（2.7±1.7）年，单膝发病人数15例，双膝发病人数6例；……
