乳管镜介入结合中医辨证治疗单纯肿块型浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床分析

[摘要] 目的 探讨单纯肿块型浆细胞性乳腺炎患者通过乳管镜介入与中医辨证联合治疗后取得的临床成效。 方法 选取我院2014年6月～2016年6月入院的单纯肿块型浆细胞性乳腺炎患者80例，依随机分组标准分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例）。对照组患者治疗方法为乳管镜介入治疗，观察组治疗方法为乳管镜介入与中医辨证联合治疗。从临床治疗有效率、不良反应发生情况、治疗满意度及生存质量状况四方面入手，针对相关内容进行分析。 结果 对照组治疗总有效率（77.5%）比观察组（92.5%）低（P<0.05）；针对不良反应发生情况，观察组发生率（7.5%）与对照组发生率（5%）相比无明显差异（P>0.05）；针对治疗满意度情况，对照组满意度（80%）显著低于观察组（100%），两组之间存在明显差异（P<0.05）；在生存质量方面，观察组患者各项指标得分均比对照组高（P<0.05）。 结论 单纯肿块型浆细胞性乳腺炎患者通过乳管镜介入与中医辨证联合治疗后取得的临床成效显著，能够有效提高治疗效果和治疗满意度，不良反应发生率较低，且患者生存质量显著改善，值得在临床予以推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of patients with simple mass-type plasma cell mastitis after treatment with dop tube and traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 80 patients with simple mastoid mastitis in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group （40 persons） and control group （40 persons） according to the randomized grouping criteria. Patients in treatment group were treated with dairy ductoscopy， and patients in observation group were treated with ductoscopy and TCM syndrome. From the clinical treatment efficiency， the occurrence of adverse reactions， treatment satisfaction and quality of life in four areas， the relevant content were analyzed. Results The total effective rate （77.5%） in the control group was lower than in the observation group （92.5%） （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse events in the control group （7.5%）， there was no significant difference with the control group 5% （P>0.05）. The satisfaction degree of the control group （80%） was significantly lower than that of the observation group （100%）， and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P<0.05）. The quality of life of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of the combination of dairy ductoscopy and traditional Chinese medicine is obvious. It can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and treatment satisfaction. The incidence of adverse reactions is low， and the quality of life of patients is significantly Improvement. It is worth to be applied in clinical practice.

乳腺炎是臨床常见的女性疾病，是指患者乳腺发生的急性化脓性感染的情况，在产后哺乳期的妇女中比较多见，初产妇多于经产妇[1-2]。对患者危害性较大，需予以积极治疗。本文为探究单纯肿块型浆细胞性乳腺炎患者通过乳管镜介入与中医辨证联合治疗后取得的临床成效，现选取我院2014年6月～2016年6月入院的单纯肿块型浆细胞性乳腺炎患者80例，具体内容如下文所示。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

将我院2014年6月～2016年6月入院的单纯肿块型浆细胞性乳腺炎患者80例确定为研究资料，分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例），其划分标准依据随机分组标准进行。其中其中观察组患者初产妇22例，经产妇18例，年龄最小25岁，最大35岁，平均（30.0±2.1）岁，病程最短1年，最长2年，平均（1.5±0.3）年；……
