补肾活血方联合雌孕激素治疗卵巢早衰的临床研究

[摘要] 目的 观察雌孕激素、补肾活血汤剂联合用于卵巢早衰者治疗的效果。 方法 以我院妇科及治未病科门诊于2012年2月～2016年7月期间收治的60例卵巢早衰者为研究对象，按随机数字表法将患者分为两组，其中对比组30例（行常规激素治疗），观察组30例（加用补肾活血汤剂），比较治疗6个月后患者性激素水平，观察治疗6个月后两组子宫内膜、卵巢体积、卵泡个数改善情况，统计患者月经周期。 结果 治疗后6个月观察组在性激素水平、月经周期以及宫内膜、卵巢体积、卵泡个数方面改善效果明显优于对比组（P<0.05）。 结论 以补肾活血汤剂、雌孕激素治疗卵巢早衰者，不仅能改善患者症状，且远期疗效好。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of premature ovarian failure by combination of estrogen， progesterone and Bushen Huoxue Decoction. Methods 60 cases of premature ovarian failure curen in Department of Gynaecology and Department of preventive treatment of disease of our hospital from February 2012 to July 2016 were selected as the study object.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random permutation table method with 30 cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with conventional hormonal therapy，and patients in observation group were treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction on the basis of control group.Sex hormone levels were compared between 6 months after treatment.After 6 months， the volume of endometrial，ovarian and follicular in the two groups were improved，and the menstrual cycle of the patients was counted. Results 6 months after treatment，the effect of sex hormone levels，menstrual cycle，endometrial volume，ovarian volume and follicular number in the observation group were obviously better than those in the contrast group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of premature ovarian failure with Bushen Huoxue Decoction and estrogen and progesterone can not only improve the symptoms of patients，but also have good long-term effect.

一般女性45岁后卵巢功能会随着年龄增加出现衰退迹象，但对于40岁之前就出现衰退症状者临床称其为卵巢早衰，其主要由遗传、卵泡耗竭、闭锁等因素导致，临床表现以闭经、盗汗、性欲降低、面色潮红、情绪异常波动等为主，同时实验室检查性激素明显降低[1]。若不及时治疗不仅影响患者生活，同时对工作、学习均有造成一定困扰，目前因发病机制仍未完全了解，临床对疾病无特异性治疗，以雌孕激素治疗多见[2]。其用药后能快速提高机体内雌激素水平，从而减轻卵巢储备细胞消耗，改善患者症状、恢复患者月经周期，但有学者认为使用激素药物只能近期改善症状无法治本，因此提出在治疗时联合补肾活血汤剂，提高远期治疗效果[3]。本次我院观察2012年2月～2016年7月期间60例卵巢早衰者以雌孕激素、补肾活血汤剂联合用于治疗的效果，具体情况见如下报道。……
