煤矿机电设备的安全管理与维护研究

【摘 要】能源开采和生产需要大量的机电设备来完成，因此，煤矿工业中使用的机电设备为开采和生产提供了重要的机械支持。鉴于煤矿工业中机电设备具有的重要性，在此次研究中，从阐述煤矿工业对其展开管理工作重要性的角度着手，对煤矿工业企业中实施机电设备管理的着重点及相应的具体工作内容进行详细分析。论文研究的主要目的是为了更好地辅助现今煤矿工业关于机电设备管理方面的工作，进而加快我国煤矿工业的现代化建设和发展。

【Abstract】Energy extraction and production require a large number of electromechanical devices to complete， therefore， the mechanical and electrical equipment used in the coal industry provides important mechanical support for mining and production. In view of the importance of electromechanical equipment in the coal mine industry， this paper begins with the elaboration of the importance of the coal mine industry to carry out the management of the coal mine industry， the key points of the implementation of electromechanical equipment management in coal mine industrial enterprises and the corresponding specific work contents are analyzed in detail. The main purpose of this paper is to better assist the current coal mine industry on mechanical and electrical equipment management work， and thus speed up the modernization of China's coal industry construction and development.

1 引言

在国家未来发展的规划中，经济的建设和发展与能源紧密相连，而新常态的经济对我国社会建设提出了更高的要求——在保障经济稳定增长的同时，还要注重对能源和生态的保护。煤矿工业对能源进行开采中使用机械设备的工作效率，与能源生产的质量和数量有直接的联系。因此，为了实现现代化的生产模式，对机电设备实施适当的管理成为现今煤矿工业企业在制定未来发展战略时要深思的问题。基于此，本文从以下几个方面对此次研究的课题展开详细的分析和论述。

2 在煤矿工业企业中对机电设备开展管理工作的必要性

2.1 为日常的生产提供保障的需要

在现今工业化生产中，应用了大量的机械来辅助完成必要的生产工作，其中很大一部分是由人为操作而完成的，使用的机电设备通常状况下是由种类较多、结构相对复杂，同时也具有自动化程度较高的优势，为实际的生产提供了重要的保障。……
