吉林市安全应急备用水源管线工程输水方案论证

摘 要：该文首先介绍了吉林市安全应急备用水源管线工程概况，阐述了输水路线选取原则和压力流输水的特点，并结合该工程的特点确定输水方式。根据输水线路选取原则及吉林市现状市政情况，从减少拆迁和临时占地对周围的市容、市政的时间影响，选定两条输水线路，并介绍了供水管线不同方案的路线，对各线路进行经济技术比较，最终确定最优的方案。

Demonstration of Water Conveyance Schemes for Safety Emergency Water Source Pipeline Project in Jilin City

Abstract： This paper first introduces the general situation of engineering emergency water supply pipeline project in Jilin City， expounds the principle of water supply route selection and the characteristics of pressure flow water transportation， and determines the water supply mode according to the characteristics of this project. According to the principle of water supply route selection and the status quo of municipal conditions in Jilin City， from the demolition and temporary occupation of the surrounding city， municipal time， selected two water lines， and introduced the water supply line of different programs， The line on the line of economic and technological comparison， and ultimately determine the optimal program.

吉林市位于吉林省中部，东北腹地长白山脉，长白山向松嫩平原过渡地带的松花江畔。吉林市是吉林省第二大城市，位于吉林省中部，吉林市是全省两个中心城市和经济中心之一。

随着经济的发展，人口的增加，城市饮用水水源污染严重，居民生活饮用水安全受到威胁。吉林市现状供水系统的主要问题在于水量、水压不足，水源水质污染等问题，满足不了城市发展对水量、水压、水质的要求。因此，吉林市安全应急备用水源管线工程的建设是势在必行的。

1 工程概况

“吉林市安全应急备用水源管线工程（一期）”自永庆水库取水，通过六水厂取水泵房向四水厂、三水厂和二水厂供水，供水规模为44万m3/d。

“吉林市安全应急备用水源管线工程（二期）”为松花湖水库大坝至六水厂集水井段，二期完建后自松花湖引水，向在建六水厂、四水厂、三水厂和二水厂供水，供水规模为110万m3/d。

拟建六水厂取水泵房设计规模为66万m3/d，六水厂一期需水量为20万m3/d，取水泵房剩余提升能力可以满足该项目近期设计流量44万m3/d。……
