浅论电厂汽机的安装与运行维护

【摘要】随着经济的快速发展，在当今时代的发展中，对能源的需求越来越大，当能源带动经济发展的同时，由于处理不当而造成严重的环境污染。目前，环境污染问题和资源消耗问题成为全球关注的热门话题。电厂汽机的运行需要以大量的能源消耗为前提基础，在汽机运行的过程中，要想提高运行效率，获取更多的经济效益和社会效益，就需要顺应时代发展的需求，在大力倡导环保、低碳经济的环境下，需要对电厂汽机需要的能源进行优化管理。在实现经济效益的同时，节约资源，并对其进行科学合理的配置。本文就电厂汽机的常见问题进行分析研究，并探讨电厂汽机针对常见问题的解决措施，以便有效地提供电厂汽机的运行效率，提高经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of economy， in the development of the present era， the demand for energy is growing， and when energy is driven by economic development， serious environmental pollution is caused due to improper handling. At present， the issue of environmental pollution and resource consumption has become a hot topic of global concern. In order to improve the operation efficiency and obtain more economic benefits and social benefits， it needs to meet the needs of the development of the times. In the process of vigorously promoting environmental protection， Low-carbon economy environment， the need for power plant steam turbine needs to optimize the management of energy. In the realization of economic benefits at the same time， save resources， and its scientific and rational allocation. In this paper， the common problems of power plant steam turbine are analyzed and studied， and the countermeasures of power plant turbine for common problems are discussed in order to effectively supply the operation efficiency of power plant turbine and improve the economic and social benefits.

1. 引言

近年來，随着经济的高速发展，对电的需求量在不断的增加，使得大容量、高参数机组的使用成为发电厂发展的主流趋势。在发电厂主机中，汽机是连接锅炉和发电机的桥梁和纽带，其起着非常重要的作用。其中汽机的运行状况对锅炉和汽机以及整个发电机配套机组的运行具有较大的影响。但是在汽机设计、安装以及运行等过程中由于各种因素的影响，导致汽机运行效率较低，存在较大的问题。因此，需要对电厂汽机中常见的问题进行分析，并制定出相应的解决措施[1]。
