物业管理专业核心课程联合开发研究

摘要：高职物业管理专业改革与建设的关键就是专业核心课程开发。物业管理专业核心课程的联合开发，是把《物业管理法规》、《物业管理实务》和《物业经营管理》这三门专业核心主干课程融合作为一个整体的课程来开发学习项目，重点是课程内容的重构与课程学习项目的设计。联合开发使课程内容綜合化，课程结构模块--项目化，共形成3大课程模块和22个课程教学子模块，以及若干个不同的学习项目。另外，本文还总结了课程开发的模式和技术，对教学组织与评价方法也做了相应设计与调整。

Study on the joint development of core curriculum of property management major

Abstract： Core curriculum development is the key of reform and construction of Property management specialty of higher vocational education。The joint development of core curriculum of property management major is integrating the three professional core curriculum--"property management regulations"， "property management practices" and "property management"， as a whole course to develop learning project， thekey is the content reconstruction of course and the design of curriculum study project.Joint development makes the content of curriculum integration， curriculum structure module – Project， the total contentincluding 3 teaching module and 22 module curriculum， as well as several different learning projects.In addition， this paper also summarized the curriculum development mode and technology， and also adjusted and designed the teaching organization and evaluation method.

高职物业管理专业核心课程中的《物业管理法规》、《物业管理实务》和《物业经营管理》是以学生解决物业管理问题为中心的最重要的三门核心主干课程，课程内容覆盖了绝大部分物业管理业务知识，在整个专业体系中引领其他课程的选择与开设；这些课程的学习对学生职业能力与综合技能的形成起着至关重要的作用，也是决定物业管理专业人才培养规格和素质的关键因素，直接影响着物业管理专业的教学质量和人才培养水平。但迄今为止，物业管理专业还没有形成一套比较权威的、成熟的理论体系，其内容还处于不断成长中。高职物业管理专业改革与建设的关键就是专业核心课程开发。物业管理专业核心课程的开发，是将《物业管理法规》、《物业管理实务》和《物业经营管理》这三门核心主干课程进行整体开发，统一整合为一个有机的、模块化的项目课程（链路课程），主要目标是形成高技能人才完成物业管理职业任务所需的技术实践能力。……
