校园安防远程实时视频监控系统设计与实现

【摘 要】校园安保工作通常使用传统的人工巡查方式，由人工进行校园巡查记录以及事件处理，这种巡查方式难以达到预期的效果，并且无法保障整个校园的安全情况。针对这一情况，校园安防远程实时视频监控系统应用而生，该系统在各方面都具备一定的优势。论文根据多年工作经验以及现有研究成果，对该系统的设计与实现进行论述。

【Abstract】The campus security work usually uses the traditional artificial inspection method， and the inspectors will record the inpections and deal with the events. the inspection method is difficult to achieve the desired effect， and can not guarantee the safety of the entire campus. In view of this situation， the campus security remote real-time video surveillance system was born， and the system has certain advantages in all aspects. Based on years of work experience and existing research results， this paper discusses the design and implementation of the system.

1 校园远程实时监控系统分析与设计

1.1 系统设计思想和原则

整个系统环节众多，需要我们在硬件设备、环境的检测以及软件的设计方案方面保证其安全性、稳定性以及可靠性，要让该系统的任何一个环节都可以可靠、平稳的运行。

不仅如此，我们进行该系统的设计时，还需要考虑到在后期使用过程中以及安装过程中的可行性要尽可能的高，要便于我们安装和使用。

同时，进行设备的安装时，我们要严格遵守设计方案的要求，這样可以尽可能减少在后期使用时由于安装问题而带来的麻烦。我们对于系统的后期运行成本也要进行充分的考虑，在保障系统正常运行的情况下，要将系统中各类开销成本尽可能的降低，在保障设备质量的基础上，选择价格最低的设备。

除此，系统的设计要具备可延展性[1]。随着科学技术的发展，校园的信息化以及数字化设备逐渐完善，后期可能会对现有系统进行改进，这就需要其具备一定的可扩展性，才可以保障该系统能够持续使用。……
