陶行知“人中人”思想及其伦理共同体意蕴

摘 要：“人中人”是伟大的人民教育家陶行知教育伦理思想的核心概念，极力推崇和倡导的理想人格，富含伦理共同体意蕴。可以从为大众谋利益的奉公观念、自立自强而不自私的自我意识、“摇不动”的“国人气节”等方面加以梳理和阐发。阐发和传承陶行知“人中人”思想的伦理共同体意蕴，有助于改善和加强当代中国学校立德树人的道德教育和思想政治工作，应对当前道德领域突出问题。

Abstract：“Talented person” is the core concept of the great people educator Tao Xingzhi's educational ethics thought， strongly advocating an ideal personality，with a rich ethical community implication which can be combed and elucidated from the concept of public for the public benefit， self-consciousness of self-reliance and selfishness， “unshakeable” “national integrity” and so on. Elucidating and inheriting Tao Xingzhi's thought of “talented person” is helpful to improve and strengthen the moral education and ideological and political work of the contemporary Chinese school which take moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education， and to deal with the outstanding problems in the current moral field.

引 言

20世紀80年代，改革开放大幕拉开之后不久，研究陶行知的教育思想包括其教育伦理思想曾受到自上而下的高度重视，各级陶行知教育思想研究会纷纷成立；“学陶师陶”的教育改革与实验也借助改革开放的大潮，陆续上演着“春天的故事”。进入新世纪以来，“学陶师陶”渐渐转冷，陶行知教育思想研究也处于烟飞火灭的状态。这种转变是否合乎社会变革年代的教育科学理性，其间原因为何是否值得拷问，此处不涉。

2014年9月9日，习近平在与北京师范大学师生座谈的讲话中，讲到理想信念、道德情操、扎实学识、仁爱之心时，多次特别引用陶行知教育伦理思想的经典名言，如“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”“千教万教，教人求真”“千学万学，学做真人”“出世便是启蒙，进棺材才算毕业”等。[1]习近平这次讲话，应被视为提出了传承和发展陶行知教育思想特别是教育伦理思想的当代话题。……
