教育改革与人的全面发展

摘 要 马克思的全面发展理论，就是德智体美劳各个方面全面发展。要把儿童培养成全面发展的人，就要改革应试教育，让应试教育朝着素质教育的方向发展。在多年的素质教育实践中，越来越多的误区阻碍了人的全面发展。素质教育的发展误区把素质教育最终指向德育，德育是最为重要的一环。在素质教育中如何加强德育，是我们需要重视的关键问题。这不仅需要学校教育的努力，家庭教育和社会教育同样重要。

Educational Reform and the All-round Development of Human Beings

Abstract The comprehensive development of Marx's theory， is all around development of moral， intellectual， physical， aesthetics and labor education. To train children into all-round development， it is necessary to reform the examination oriented education， and make the examination oriented education develop in the direction of quality education. In the years of practice in quality education， more and more misunderstandings have hindered the all-round development of human beings. The development of quality education leads to the ultimate goal of quality education， and moral education is the most important part. In quality education， how to strengthen moral education is the key that we should pay attention to. This requires not only the efforts of school education， but also the family education and social education.

1 人的全面发展概述

人的全面发展就是人的素质及个性的提高和全面发展。人的全面发展也就表现为由人的社会活动和社会关系所决定的整体人格的发展。在教育意义上，我们把人的全面发展定义为德智体美勞各个方面的全面发展。

教育对人的全面发展起着主导作用。更为重要的是，教育还对人的身心发展的方向、速度和水平产生整体影响。当人们发现教育对人的发展的主导作用重知识智力，而轻品德道德时，就提出了教育改革。教育改革就是打破应试教育的壁垒，把关注点放到了学生的身心发展上。我们也可以把教育改革提出的素质教育，看成是人的全面发展的主导。

2 素质教育是教育改革的重点

现如今，素质教育变成了教育改革的代名词。素质教育就是为了提高学生的基本素质，尊重学生，以生为本，注重培养和发展学生的创造性和创新能力，使学生形成健全人格。……
