乳腺癌患者保乳手术联合放射治疗的临床效果探讨

[摘要] 目的 探讨乳腺癌患者保乳手术联合放射治疗的临床效果观察。方法 方便选取 2011 年 11 月—2015 年 11 月来该院进行治疗的70例乳腺癌患者，将其随机分为两组，对照组35例应用乳腺癌改良根治术，观察组35例应用保乳手术与放射联合疗法，对比两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 观察组的美容优良率91.4%高于对照组68.6%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），但是保乳患者一旦出现患侧乳房复发仍可接受补充全乳切除术，并仍可获得较好效果。两组患者的生存率、远处转移率、局部复发率、不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 乳腺癌患者采用保乳手术与放射联合疗法可取得显著疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Breast Conserving Surgery Combined with Radiotherapy for Breast Cancer Patients

[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of breast conserving operation combined with radiotherapy for patients with breast cancer. Methods 70 cases of patients with breast cancer from November 2011 to November 2015 in this hospital were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups， 35 patients of the control group were treated with modified radical mastectomy. 35 cases of the observation group adopted the combination of breast conserving surgery and radiotherapy， and the curative effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The beauty excellence rate of the observation group was 91.4%， higher than that of control group of 68.6%， the difference was statistical significance（P<0.05）， but the insurer breast patients once appear contralateral breast recurrence， total mastectomy is acceptable， and still can obtain good effect. There were no statistical differences in survival rates， distant metastases， local recurrence rates and adverse reaction rate in the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion Breast cancer patients with breast conserving surgery and radiotherapy therapy can achieve significant effect， therefore it is worth clinical application

在臨床上，乳腺癌的发病率较高，已经成为威胁女性生命与健康、影响其家庭幸福的常见女性疾病之一[1]。近年来，有数据资料显示，乳腺癌这一疾病的发病率和病死率居高不下，已经引起了医学界的广泛关注[2]。该院方便选取 2011 年 11 月—2015 年 11 月的70例乳腺癌患者行保乳手术联合放射治疗的临床效果展开了研究，并取得良好效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

方便选取来该院进行治疗的70例乳腺癌患者为研究对象，所有患者均为女性，将其随机分为两组，各35例患者。其中，对照组中，左侧 18例，右侧 17例，年龄为25～38 岁，平均年龄为（29.01±2.14）岁，肿瘤直径（2.43±0.51）cm ，肿瘤分期：Ⅰ期 22例，Ⅱ期 13例。观察组中，左侧 19例，右侧 16例，年龄为24～38岁，平均年龄为（28.94±2.21）岁，肿瘤直径（2.41±0.49）cm ，肿瘤分期：Ⅰ期 20例，Ⅱ期 15例。……
