艾迪注射液配合同步放化疗治疗局部晚期肺癌临床效果及安全性分析

[摘要] 目的 探究在局部晚期肺癌治疗时使用艾迪注射液配合同步放化疗治疗的效果。 方法 针对40例局部晚期肺癌患者采用放化疗治疗，并归为对照组，针对另外40例患者在对照组基础上使用艾迪注射液，同时归为观察组；两组患者均为方便选取该院2015年3月—2017年1月间收治，比较两组治疗的效果。 结果 比较两组患者的治疗有效率，明显可见观察组患者较高，观察组为85.0%，对照组为55.0%；在无差异的基础上实施干预，观察组患者的白细胞计数变为（3.68±0.58）×109/L，而Karnofsky评分变为（70.36±9.16）分；对照组患者的白细胞计数变为（2.91±0.62）×109/L，而Karnofsky评分变为（60.24±9.07）分；组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 艾迪注射液配合同步放化疗治疗局部晚期肺癌临床效果及安全性分析发现，其相比单纯的放化疗而言，能够改善患者情况，同时减少治疗带给患者的毒副反应，最终提高治疗效果，因此值得临床借鉴。

Clinical Effect and Safety of Aidi Injection Combined with Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy in the Treatment of Locally Advanced Lung Cancer

[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of Aidi injection combined with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced lung cancer. Methods 40 patients with locally advanced lung cancer were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy and regarded as the control group； another 40 cases added aidi injection and were regarded as the observation group. All these patients were conveniently selection in this hospital from March 2015 to January 2017， and the effect of two groups of treatment was compared. Results The treatment efficiency in the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group， with 85.0% and 55.0% respectively； the implementation of intervention based on no difference was conducted， the white blood cell count of the observation group changed to （3.68±0.58）×109/L， while the Karnofsky score changed to （70.36±9.16）points； and those of the control group was （2.91±0.62）×109/L and （60.24±9.07）points； so the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of aidi injection combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced lung cancer have been discovered， which can improve the patients condition and reduce the toxicity of the patients in the treatment of chemotherapy. Therefore it is worth clinical reference.

肺癌在臨床中较为多见，病情发生后对于患者的肺部功能和支气管功能均可能产生一定影响，因此积极治疗对于患者具有重要作用。临床中常用的方法就是对患者实施手术干预，手术能够帮助患者得到一定恢复，但是对于病情发展至晚期的患者而言，其已经失去了手术治疗的最佳时机，因此不建议对患者实施手术治疗，此时放化疗就成为主要的治疗方法。该次则针对艾迪注射液配合同步放化疗治疗局部晚期肺癌的效果进行分析，方便选择80例该院2015年3月—2017年1月间收治的局部晚期肺癌患者分组干预，目的在于总结临床经验，提高患者治疗效果，现报道如下。……
