母婴床旁护理对产妇及家属遵医行为的影响分析

[摘要] 目的 研究母婴床旁护理对产妇及家属遵医行为的影响。方法 该次研究方便选取的研究对象为2016年1—12月期间在该院待产的产妇，将126名产妇计算机随机分为2组，63例/组。一组产妇实施封闭式护理干预（对照组），另一组采用母婴床旁护理（观察组）。对比两组产妇及家属的遵医行为以及产妇的心理状态、新生儿护理技能的掌握情况、产后并发症发生率以及生活质量。 结果 观察组产妇及家属新生儿沐浴（18.39±1.45）分、新生儿抚触（18.42±1.59）分、母乳喂养（17.86±1.72）分以及臀部护理（18.03±1.68）分4项遵医行为均比对照组优（P<0.05），观察组产妇的焦虑评分和抑郁评分、产后并发症发生率均比对照组低（P<0.05），产妇产后新生儿护理技能掌握率比对照组高（P<0.05），组间对比生活质量差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对产妇及其家属实施母婴床旁护理能够使其遵医行为提高，效果理想，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Analysis on the Effect of Maternal Bedside Nursing on Maternal and Family Compliance

[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to study the effect of maternal bedside nursing on maternal and family compliance. Methods 126 pregnant patients in this hospital from January to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 63 cases in each group. The control group adopted closed nursing intervention， the observation group adopted maternal bedside care， and the maternal and family compliance， the mental state of pregnancy， the mastery of newborn care skills， the incidence of complications after operation and the life quality were compare of the two groups. Results The neonatal maternal and family bath in the observation group was（18.39±1.45）points， newborns caressing was （18.42±1.59）points， breastfeeding of （17.86±1.72）points and hip care was （18.03±1.68）points， better than the control group （P<0.05）， maternal anxiety score and depression score， postpartum complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）， postpartum neonatal nursing skills mastery rate is higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）， there was a significant gap between the quality of life between the two groups （P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of maternal bedside nursing can improve the maternal and family compliance and curative effect， so it is of great clinical application value.

产妇在妊娠之后由于对产褥期保健知识、新生儿护理知识等了解不深[1]，且产后角色的转换等多种因素会导致产妇出现不良的心理状态[2]，产妇及其家属的遵医行为差会对新生儿健康产生不同程度的影响，因此加强对产妇的护理以及家属的健康教育十分重要。从该院2016年1—12月间收治的产妇中方便抽取126例作为对象展开研究，以封闭式护理的效果作为对照，现报道如下。
