胃癌根治切除术治疗老年胃癌患者的临床分析

目的 探究老年胃癌经胃癌根治切除术治疗的效果。方法 将2014年2月～2017年2月本院经诊断确诊为老年胃癌患者62例纳为本次参研的对象，对所选患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，62例胃癌患者均给予胃癌根治切除术治疗，并对患者术后并发症发生情况与生存质量改善情况进行分析。结果 患者并发症发生率为18.0%，治疗后生存质量各评分与治疗前相比有明显的统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将胃癌根治术运用在老年胃癌患者临床治疗中具有确切的效果，并发症少，可明显改善生存质量，建议推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the curative effect of radical resection of gastric cancer in elderly patients.Methods The February 2014 to February 2017 in our hospital diagnosed with 62 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer as the object of research.The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,62 cases of gastric cancer patients were given radical resection in the treatment of patients,and the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life carries on the analysis.Results the patients and the incidence rate was 18%,with statistical significance after treatment,quality of life scores compared with before treatment（P＜0.05）.ConclusionThe application of radical gastrectomy in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer has definite effect,less complications,can significantly improve the quality of life,it is recommended to promote.

在消化道疾病中，胃癌是一种较常见的肿瘤[1]，具有较高的发生率[2]。随着当下老龄化步伐进程的加快，人们饮食结构的不断转变，促使老年胃癌的患病率逐年递增[3]。当下临床治疗老年胃癌的方式诸多，本次主要研究胃癌根治切除术治疗老年胃癌的临床价值，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料 本组62例研究对象均明确为老年胃癌，入组研究时间为2014年2月～2017年2月，在所选患者中男39例，女23例；年龄61～85岁，平均年龄（68.49±12.95）岁，其中伴23例糖尿病，23例高血压，9例合并心脏病，17例贫血，8例肾功能不全以及11例慢阻肺疾病。疾病分型：28例Ⅱ期，34例ⅢA期。所选患者均符合WHO有关胃癌临床诊断标准[4]，且患者年龄不低于60岁；获得知情权，同时自愿签署了由本院伦理委员会发放的知情同意书。……
