输尿管结石术后留置双J管生活质量调查

[摘要] 目的 讨论输尿管结石术后留置双J管对生活质量的影响。方法 选取在该院进行输尿管结石术后留置双J管患者102例作为实验组，同时选取体检中心收治健康人102名作为对照组，对两组的泌尿系统症状、IPSS评分、输尿管双J管疼痛评分、生活质量评分（QoL）进行对比。结果 实验组发现置管期间泌尿系统症状明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 输尿管结石术后留置双J管可引起泌尿系统症状和疼痛，对生活质量造成一定的影响。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of indwelling tube of double-J after the ureteral calculus surgery on quality of life. Methods 102 cases of patients with indwelling tube of double-J after the ureteral calculus surgery were selected as the experimental group， and 102 cases of physical examination persons were selected as the control group， and the urinary system symptoms， IPSS score， tube of double-J score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The urinary system symptoms in the experimental group during the catheter period were obviously better than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The indwelling tube of double-J after the ureteral calculus surgery can cause the urinary system symptoms and pains， and have a certain effect on the quality of life.

輸尿管雙J管广泛的应用于泌尿外科的手术中，经常用于肾结石、输尿管结石、输尿管狭窄处扩张或者输尿管良性肿瘤切除术等方面，置入双J管后可以起到引流尿液、防止输尿管狭窄或者粘连堵塞的作用。临床应用较多的双J管材质大多数为硅橡胶或者聚氨酯高分子材料，此种材料在体内不能被吸收，长时间的置管容易引起泌尿系统感染，会给患者带来不舒适感。所以在拔出双J管时，必须通过膀胱镜进行拔出[1]，虽然膀胱镜的技术已经很成熟，但是也属于侵入性操作，会给患者带来很大的痛苦和心理负担，同时也会对输尿管造成机械性刺激，产生水肿和感染，需要后续治疗。所以针对于双J管在临床应用的特点，该次调查现选取102例患者对输尿管结石术后留置双J管的生活质量展开调查，详情如下。

1 资料与方法
