[摘要] 目的 探讨分析血液标本采集的部位、送检时间对生化检验结果的影响。方法 对2 500份接受静脉采血进行血常规等检查的血标本进行调查与分析,并对生化检验结果的影响因素进行分析。结果 在2 500份标本中在输液同侧抽血对生化检验结果有不同程度的影响。其中钾、氯等指标明显下降,而钠、尿酸等指标则明显上升(P<0.05)。标本的送检时间对生化检验结果有影响,其中丙氨酸氨基转移酶、葡萄糖等在1 h后送检,其均值明显低于规范送检均值,而乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶等指标则明显高于规范送检均值(P<0.05)。结论 标本采集的部位以及送检时间对血液标本生化检验均有影响,所以血液标本采集必须按照要求严格进行操作。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of blood specimens collection and submission on the biochemical test results. Methods 2 500 pieces of blood specimen with blood routine were investigated and effect of different factors on the biochemical test results was analyzed. Results The blood drawing of 2 500 pieces of specimens had different degrees of effects on the biochemical test results, the potassium and chlorine indexes obviously decreased and sodium and uric acid obviously increased (P<0.05), and the specimen submission time had an effect on the biochemical test results, and alanine aminotransferase and glucose were submitted after 1h, and the mean value was obviously lower than that of mean value after standardized submission, but the lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase isoenzymes indexes were obviously higher than those of mean value of standardized submission(P<0.05). Conclusion The specimen collection site and submission time have an effect on the blood specimen biochemical test, therefore, we should strictly conduct the blood specimen collection according to the requirements.

随着医疗水平的不断进步,对疾病的诊断已不仅仅局限与体征表现,生物化学的发现与发展,使得医生可以通过患者的相关的血液生化检验进一步确诊疾病,将疾病的诊断、治疗与预后由以前的个体水平发展提升为分子水平[1]。因此,实验室检查现已成为临床重要的诊疗依据,临床诊断的准确性在一定程度上依赖于生化检验、血常规等实验室检查[2]。但在生化检验过程中存在着各种各样的问题及影响因素,由于不同患者的个体差异不同,对患者的血液的采集在位置、时间上均不同程度上影响检验结果的准确性[3]。因此,有效提高血液标本的检测的敏感性及准确性极为重要。其中,血液标本是保證准确性及敏感性的关键。该文主要针对血液标本的采集部位及标本的送检时间对生化检验结果的影响分析。对2016年1—12月该院门诊及病房患者接受静脉采血的共2 500份血液标本进行比较分析,具体如下。
