模拟教学在产科临床见习带教中的应用方法研究

[摘要] 在将产科的检查和相关操作向见习生示范时，部分孕妇的依从程度较低，内心不愿进行配合，这样就大大减弱了见习教学和实际学习的直观性，进而影响到实习的效果。模拟教学见习带教授课的详细内容为先是让带教教师模拟和孕妇进行的相互对话，以实现病程询问，最后由带教教师提出在该次操作事先布置的问题，并依据各人的解答情况与操作情况做出归纳。有利于学生高效的攻克操作难点，并且通过对模型的操作练习，还能够使其在今后实习时，增加为孕妇患者实施产科检查的勇气。产科实施模拟教学法应重视和传统带教模式的结合。只有这样，才能提高产科临床带教的质量和水平。

[Abstract] The compliance of some delivery women is low when the examination and related operation in the department of obstetrics are shown to the interns， and they dont want to cooperate thus greatly weakening the intuition of practical teaching and practical learning， thus affecting the practical effect， and the stimulation teaching is firstly to make the teachers to stimulate the dialogue with the pregnant women in order to realize the enquiry of disease course and finally make the teachers put forwards the prepared problems and summarize them according to the answering situation and operation situation， which can help students effectively overcome the operation difficult points， and the operation practice can enhance the courage to implement the obstetric examination in the future practice， and the stimulation teaching in the department of obstetrics should attach importance to the combination with the traditional teaching model， only in this way can the teaching quality and level be improved in the department of obstetrics.

產科学属于具有明显实践性的专业，医学生在掌握了相关的理论后，必须先完成规定内容的临床见习任务，才允许到临床参与诊断治疗。同时产科专业又需对女性自身特有的病理与生理展开分析，由于经常要显露女性特殊的隐私部位，因此，在将产科的检查和相关操作向见习生示范时，部分孕妇的依从程度较低[1]，内心不愿进行配合，这样，就减弱了见习教学和实际学习的直观性，进而影响到实习的效果。经过该院的实践证明，在产科带教中嵌入模拟教学法，对于提高产科临床带教的质量有着十分重要的意义。
