护士共情能力培训应用于精神科护理安全管理中的价值评价

[摘要] 目的 研究分析护士同情能力培训应用于精神科护理安全管理中的临床价值。方法 选取2014年1月—2016年12月期间在该院精神科接受治疗120例患者作为研究对象。将患者分成对照组与观察组，每组60例患者。其中，对照组护理人员给予患者普通护理，观察组护理人员在共情能力培训下，给予患者共情护理。结果 观察组护士共情能力总得分、患者满意度明显高于对照组，且观察组患者不良事件发生率明显低于对照组。结论 通过共情能力培训可以提高护士共情能力，从而更好地实施安全管理，提高患者满意度，控制不良事件发生。

[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the clinical value of nurse empathy ability training in the nursing safety management in the department of pediatrics. Methods 120 cases of patients treated in our department from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each according， and the control group adopted the common nursing， while the observation group adopted the empathy nursing after training. Results The total score of empathy ability and satisfactory degree of patients in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group， and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was obviously lower than those in the control group. Conclusion The empathy ability training can improve the empathy ability of nurses thus better implementing the safety management， improving the satisfactory degree and controlling the occurrence of adverse reactions.

精神病屬于一种心理障碍疾病，患者的动作行为、意志、情感、认知等均可能出现异常[1]。患者经常处于或忧虑、或易怒、或挑剔等等病症下，因此精神科护理人员心理常处于高度紧张状态，加之该科工作繁重，导致护患者之间关系复杂。共情是指转变自身视角，能够走入他人内心世界，了解他人感受，简言之就是换位思考、设身处地、学会倾听[2]。因此，将护士同情能力培训应用于精神科護理中，能够促使护理人员更好地理解、同情患者，从而提供更好的安全管理。该文为验证其临床价值及对应用规范指征而进行研究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

对照组，35例男性患者、25例女性患者。年龄在21～65岁之间，平均年龄为（39.3±2.1）岁。病程为7个月～9年，平均病程（3.3±2.1）年。……
