高层建筑设计要点分析

【摘 要】由于高层建筑的建筑空间向上发展，因而可以节约用地面积，在建筑面积与基地面积比值一定的条件下，有利于节约城市建设总投资。高层办公建筑人员、机构集中，方便相互的联系，有利于提高工作效率。但高层建筑的平面系数低，单位造价高，管理费用大，能源消耗大，对防火、安全疏散、建筑设备等还有许多特殊要求。本文阐述了高层建筑的建筑设计，提出了高层建筑设计过程中应该注意的问题。

【Abstract】As the high-rise building construction space upward development， which can save land area， in the building area and base area ratio of certain conditions， is conducive to saving the total investment in urban construction. High-rise office buildings， institutions focus， to facilitate mutual contact， is conducive to improving work efficiency. However， high-rise buildings with low plane coefficient， high cost of the unit， large management costs， energy consumption， fire， safe evacuation， construction equipment， there are many special requirements. This paper describes the architectural design of high - rise buildings， put forward the high - rise building design process should pay attention to the problem.

隨着社会的不断发展，城市人口剧增，用地紧张，为满足城市居民对住房的迫切需要和改善旧城的环境质量，建造高层建筑是不可避免的。由于高层建筑的建筑空间向上发展，因而可以节约用地面积，在建筑面积与基地面积比值一定的条件下，有利于节约城市建设总投资。高层办公建筑人员、机构集中，方便相互的联系，有利于提高工作效率。但高层建筑的平面系数低，单位造价高，管理费用大，能源消耗大，对防火、安全疏散、建筑设备等还有许多特殊要求；对高层住宅来说，高层的住户到地面活动也不方便。所以，在计划建造高层建筑时必须从实际出发，权衡利弊得失，综合考虑其经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
