强化城乡规划设计的有效措施分析

【摘 要】随着经济的快速发展，近年来城镇化进程不断加快，这也对城乡规划设计提出了更高的要求。在当前经济社会水平不断提高的新形势下，城市规划设计作为当前一项非常重要的工作，无论对城乡建设还是社会发展水平都具有非常重要的意义。通过科学合理的城乡规划设计，有利于城乡之间的协调发展，为小康社会的建设具有非常重要的意义。

【Abstract】With the rapid economic development， in recent years the process of urbanization continues to accelerate， which also urban and rural planning and design put forward higher requirements. In the current economic and social level of continuous improvement of the new situation， urban planning and design as a very important work， both for urban and rural construction or social development level has a very important significance. Through scientific and rational urban and rural planning and design， is conducive to the coordinated development between urban and rural areas， for the construction of a well-off society has a very important significance.

1. 前言

城乡规划设计作为城乡经济发展过程中非常重要的一个环节，通过科学合理的规划设计，能够为城乡经济的健康发展和区域间协调可持续发展起到重要的保障作用，有利于促进和谐社会的构建。当前城乡规划设计中还存在许多问题，这对城乡之间协调发展起到了重要的阻碍作用，因此需要通过切实可行的途径来加强城乡规划设计的水平，为城乡经济的健康、可持续发展奠定良好的基础。

2. 城乡规划设计中存在的问题

2.1 城乡规划设计前瞻性不足。

在当前城乡规划设计中，相关部门对于城乡的定位不准确，无法有效的把握好城乡规划也没有前瞻性，缺乏明确的导向性，这就导致在实际规划设计中系统性不强。由于对农村实际情况缺乏深入的调研，对农村在规划设计中的地位和作用缺乏科学的认识，这就导致资源整合力度不够，在整体规划设计中人文理念缺乏，无法有产业升级、文化发展及区域竞争等方面实现有效的衔接，协调性较差。……
