喜炎平注射液佐治小儿EB病毒感染的疗效分析

【摘要】目的 观察喜炎平注射液佐治小儿EB病毒感染的疗效。方法 选取2015年4月～2016年3月我科收治的EB病毒感染患儿110例作为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组单用更昔洛韦治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上再予喜炎平注射液治疗，对疗效进行统计分析。结果 治疗组总有效率为93.3%，对照组为76.0%；EBV-DNA拷贝数转阴率，治疗组为86.7%，对照组为74.0%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 喜炎平注射液佐治EB病毒感染有效率高，值得推广。

Analysis of effect of Xiyanping Injection on children

with EB virus infection

【Abstract】Objective In this study， 110 patients with EB virus infection from April 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，in the control group， the treatment group was treated with the control group and the treatment group was treated with the treatment of the control group， and the efficacy was statistically analyzed.Methods Diagnosis for children with EB virus infection in 110 cases of children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，the treatment group with Xiyanping injection combined with ganciclovir in the treatment，control group used more famciclovir treatment，the effect were statistical analysis.Results Treatment group total efficiency was 93.3%，was 76.0% in the control group；after treatment 7d EBV-DNA copy number of negative rate，treatment group was 86.7%，74.0% in the control group，two group differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion Xiyanping injection in treatment of EB virus infection in the high effective rate，can shorten the course of disease，it is worthy of promotion.

EB病毒是兒科常见的病毒，随年龄增长及现代检测水平的提高，诊断EB病毒感染的患儿日益增多，严重威胁小儿的健康，因此对EB病毒感染小儿，应及时、早期治疗，对于防止病情进展非常关键。我科针对EB病毒感染患儿采取在常规治疗方法上加用喜炎平注射液，取得了良好的疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2015年4月～2016年3月我科收治的EB病毒感染患儿110例作为研究对象。将其随机分为治疗组及对照组，治疗组60例，男38例，女22例，对照组50例，男26例，女24例。两组患儿一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 治疗方法

对照组予更昔洛韦钠（林可宏，南京海辰药业股份有限公司）5 mg/（kg·次）静脉滴注，1次/12 h。治疗组在对照组基础上加用喜炎平注射液（江西青峰药业有限公司）0.2-0.4 ml/（kg·d），1次/d，两组给药5～7 d，若无效适当延长至10～14 d。

1.3 疗效判断标准

两组治疗7 d后EBV-DNA拷贝数转阴情况：治疗组治疗后转阴52例，转阴率为86.7%，对照组治疗后转阴37例，转阴率为为74.0%，两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P>0.05）。显效……
