基于过程挖掘的物流流程信息智能分析研究

〔摘 要〕物流信息化建设的加速与普及，为物流流程信息的分析与利用带来了挑战。过程挖掘作为业务流程建模的工具之一，能够化解人工经验的不足，有效实现物流流程信息的智能分析与利用。在明确过程挖掘基本原理的基础上，构建了基于过程挖掘的物流流程信息智能分析框架，探讨了基于过程挖掘的物流流程信息智能分析的过程与特点。最后，分析了需要特别注意的事项。

〔Abstract〕The acceleration and popularization of logistics informazation construction has brought challenges to the analysis and utilization of logistics process information.As one of the tools of business process modeling，process mining can solve the shortage of artificial experience，and effectively realize the intelligent analysis and utilization of logistics process information.On the basis of defining the basic principle of process mining，a logistics process information intelligent analysis framework based on process mining was constructed.Then the procedure and characteristics of the framework were discussed.Finally，the matters needing special attention were analyzed.

作为支撑经济社会发展的基础性、战略性产业，物流业在经济发展、社会进步中发挥着重要作用。在相关政策的推动和市场强大需求的拉动下，我国物流业近几年得到了长足发展。但不可否认的是，无论是大型物流企业还是小型物流企业，无论是自营物流还是第三方物流，在物流流程管理方面还存在着以下问题：1）配送路径设置不经济，路线选择不科学；2）配送工具调度不合理，设备利用率有待提高；3）难以准确制定配送计划，物流配送工作具有随意性；4）个别工序安排欠妥当，货物出库效率较低；5）发、退货混乱，货物的交货时间没有保障；6）服务响应慢，物流配送成本支出居高不下；7）需求预测难，资源协调能力不足[1]。

近年来，国内外已有学者认知到物流流程中存在的问题，并对物流流程的优化或改进进行了相应的研究。Pietro Romano强调从供应网络的协调和整合机制来实现节点企业与核心企业之间物流流程的优化[2]。……
