试论斗轮堆取料机回转大轴承的检修与更换

摘 要：文章研究了大容量旋转轮取料机回转大轴承的检修和更新等相关问题。本研究首先对斗轮取料机的大型轴承和斗轮取料机的大容量轴承进行结构和受力分析，详细讨论了斗轮堆垛机和取料机的大轮轴承的注意事项和更换方法。本研究的目的是阐明斗轮堆取料机大轮转轮的检修和更新的重要性，这反过来促进了斗轮取料机的大轮轴承的检修和更换。与此同时，有效地实施了预防措施和更换斗轮堆垛机和取料机的大轴承的方法。

Abstract： In this paper， the overhaul and renewal of the large rotating bearings of the large capacity rotary wheel reclaimer are studied. In this study， the structure and force of the large bearings of the bucket wheel reclaimer and the large capacity bearings of the bucket wheel reclaimer are analyzed， and the matters needing attention and the replacement methods of the large wheel bearings of the bucket wheel stacker and the reclaimer are discussed in detail. The purpose of this study is to clarify the importance of overhaul and renewal of the big wheel runner of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer， which in turn promotes the overhaul and replacement of the big wheel bearing of the bucket wheel reclaimer. At the same time， the preventive measures and the method of replacing the large bearings of the bucket wheel stacker and the reclaimer are effectively implemented.

前言

斗轮堆垛机和取料机的功能广泛用于煤炭处理系统，例如发电厂和码头。而且，经常存在过载操作，这会导致大型旋转轴承的一定损失，并且需要修理和更换斗轮取料机的大型旋转轴承。合理有效地修理和更换斗轮堆垛机和取料机的大型旋转轴承需要对其结构和力进行有效控制。从而使检修和更换变得更加的顺利和合理。本研究对斗轮堆垛机和取料机大型旋转轴承的合理有效检修和更换知识具有一定的理论意义。斗轮取料机大轮轴承检验注意事项及斗轮取料机大轮轴承更换方法有效实施具有现实指导意义。
