山东鲜食玉米区试品种鲜穗产量、病害发生及两者间的相关与通径分析

摘要：以2006—2015年山东省鲜食玉米区域试验参试和审定品种为材料，分析其鲜穗产量和抗病表现的变化，并对审定品种鲜穗产量和主要病害间的关系进行了相关和通径分析。结果表明：10年间总共有145个（次）品种或组合参加了山东省鲜食玉米区域试验，21个通过审定；各病害变异系数的变幅为23.17%～170.58%（审定品种）和29.80%～217.67%（参试品种）；相关分析表明，鲜穗产量与粗缩病（r=-0.3314*）、锈病（r=-0.3211*）呈显著负相关；通径分析表明，各病害对鲜穗产量的直接效应从大到小依次为青枯病>黑粉病>大斑病>锈病>粗缩病>弯孢菌叶斑病>小斑病。

Abstract With the varieties for the Shandong Provincial Fresh Corn Regional Test and approved ones from 2006 to 2015 as materials，their fresh ear yield and disease resistance were analyzed. Meanwhile， the correlation analysis and path analysis were conducted to study the relationship between fresh ear yield and main diseases of approved varieties. The results showed that there were accumulative 145 varieties or combinations accessed to the Shandong Provincial Fresh Corn Regional Test， and 21 were approved in the 10 years. The variation coefficient of diseases ranged in 23.17%～170.58%（approved varieties） and 29.80%～217.67%（varieties in regional tests）. The correlation analysis and path analysis results showed that the fresh ear yield was significantly negatively correlated with rough dwarf disease （r=-0.3314*） and rust disease （r=-0.3211*）. The direct effects of the main diseases on yield of fresh ear were bacterial wilt>smut disease>leaf blight>rust disease>rough dwarf disease>Curvularia leaf spot>leaf spot.

鮮食糯玉米是一种可以在乳熟期采摘果穗用于加工或直接食用的专用玉米[1，2]。随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，以及我国农业发展供给侧改革的不断推进，人们对饮食和健康的要求也越来越高。与普通玉米相比，鲜食糯玉米具有营养丰富、适口性好、易于食用等特点而深受消费者喜爱，又因其生育期短、经济效益高等特点而受到广大种植户青睐[3-5]。农业部已经在2016年的《全国种植业结构调整规划》中明确提出，要适当发展鲜食玉米并扩大鲜食玉米种植，这意味着鲜食玉米的种植和发展从国家政策层面得到支持和重视。

玉米区域试验是为了鉴定参试品种的丰产性、抗逆性和区域适应性，是新品种从选育、示范到推广的必经阶段，其参试品种特别是审定品种能够客观全面地反映当前鲜食玉米产业的发展方向和水平[6，7]。前人[8-13]对不同省……
