普通高校档案学专业本科应用型人才培养路径研究

摘 要：随着国家关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变政策的出台，文章从以深化人才培养模式改革为出发点，加强档案学专业本科生综合素质能力的培养；以通识教育为切入点，加强档案学专业本科生思维训练与能力的培养；以参加竞赛为突破点，加强档案学专业本科生创新创业能力的培养；以校档合作为注入点，加强档案学专业本科生实践技能的培养等方面，对普通高校档案学专业本科应用型人才培养路径进行了系统研究。

Abstract：With the introduction of the policy on the application of the general undergraduate colleges and universities in some parts of the country，studying the training path of undergraduate applied talents in archival science is of great significance for archival majors to adapt to economic and social transformation， serving local economic development and to improve the quality of school education. This article will strengthen the cultivation of the comprehensive quality ability of the undergraduates from the perspective of deepening the reform of talent cultivation mode，the thinking training and ability of the undergraduate students of archival science with the breakthrough of education，the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of archival undergraduates by taking part in the competition，the practice skills of archival students with the cooperation of school documents，etc. This paper systematically studies the training path of undergraduate application-oriented talents in archives of general universities.

2014年5月2日，国务院《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》提出：“引导一批普通本科高等学校向应用技术类型高等学校转型。”2015年10月21日，教育部、国家发展改革委、财政部《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》要求“各地各高校要从适应和引领经济发展新常态、服务创新驱动发展的大局出发，切实增强对转型发展工作重要性、紧迫性的认识，摆在当前工作的重要位置，以改革创新的精神，推动部分普通本科高校转型发展”。一时间，高校如何向“应用型”转变，成为高教领域关注的焦点热点问题。

档案学专业是一门专业性、实践性很强的学科，培养的学生要具备档案信息管理与文档掌控的知识或能力，能在档案行政管理部门或党政机关、社会组织和企事业单位的档案管理、机构知识库等部门从事档案信息整理、管理和服务，而目前普通高校档案学专业毕业生实践能力较弱，就业的专业对口率相对偏低，如，对广西民族大学档案学专业2012-2016年就业从业状况进行调查研究表明，本科毕业生初次就业专业对口率平均为59.04%[1]。……
