雷火灸在脑卒中及其后遗症康复中的应用

【Abstract】 The functional impairment caused by cerebral apoplexy and its sequelae seriously affect the quality of life of patients.The current rehabilitation therapy for stroke is developing rapidly,and many of them are safe,effective and convenient.Moxibustion is one of them,which is based on modern medicine,and is a moxibustion method of inheritance and innovation.Based on modern medicine,the theoryof meridian theory is a kind of moxibustion method of inheritance and innovation.Use its burns medicine factor and heat generated to stimulate the related points,through theheating stimulates the bullishness,prompted the meridians,drug penetration into corresponding acupunctur points,a hydrophobic channels,scattered stasis detumescence,improving blood circulationThe intervention of moxibustion therapy can improve the recovery level of stroke,reduce the damage of disease and improve the quality of life.In recent years,lightning moxibustion has been widely used in the treatment of five senses,nerves,bone joints and other related diseases,and has become one of the important means of clinical disease treatment.This study mainly summarized the application of thunder moxibustion in stroke.

脑卒中是一种急性的脑血管疾病，多由脑部血管突然破裂或者血管阻塞而致血液不能流入大脑造成脑组织损伤的一组疾病。脑卒中成为目前全球公民致残及死亡的重要原因之一[1]，其发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，也是全球急需应对的健康问题[2]。因为受经济状况和医疗条件的影响，多数患者会选择进入社区或回家康复治疗[3]。由于患者的照顾者缺乏相关的康复知识及患者主动康复意志不强，很多脑卒中患者的结局不佳。如何探索出安全、有效、便宜的治疗手段，给患者及其家庭带来福音，是目前广大医务工作者的目标。雷火灸在改善脑卒中所导致的功能障碍中有着独特的优势，是较好的脑卒中及其后遗症康复治疗的干预措施。

1.认知障碍

脑卒中后认知功能障碍又称血管性认知知觉功能障碍，特指与脑血管因素相关的认知知觉功能损伤，其中认知障碍如记忆障碍、注意力障碍、执行力障碍等，以及知觉障碍如失用症、失认症、单侧忽略、躯体图像障碍等。严重影响患者工作学习。研究表明，脑卒中若反复发作或残留脑部损伤时，将会增加认知障碍的发生[4]。卒中不仅会导致患者认知功能异常，同时也会增加患者发生痴呆的风险[5]。脑中后痴呆患者较非痴呆的卒中患者死亡率明显增加，以5年生存率为准，卒中患者的生存率为39%，同龄的非痴呆患者为75%[6]。中医学认为认知功能障碍多属“呆病”“健忘”的范畴。此病的病位在脑，常累及心、肝、脾、肾。……
