工程项目成本管理存在的常见问题及应对策略

【摘 要】经济发展和社会进步，极大地促进了工程项目成本管理建设，这已经成为提高我国建筑工程水平的重要举措，备受工程企业内部的重视与关注。通过工程项目成本管理，可以达到成本控制的目的，将各项成本费用保持在合理范围内，为工程企业赢取更多的经济利润，推动工程项目的顺利进行。论文主要针对工程项目成本管理存在的常见问题及应对策略展开深入研究，希望为相关行业人士带来些许帮助。

【Abstract】The economic development and social progress have greatly promoted the construction of the project cost management， which has become an important measure to improve the level of China's construction engineering， and it has been highly valued and concerned by engineering enterprises. By means of project cost management， the purpose of cost control can be achieved， and various costs and expenses can be kept within a reasonable range， more economic profits can be obtained for engineering enterprises， and the smooth progress of engineering projects can be promoted. This paper mainly conducts an in-depth study on the common problems and countermeasures of project cost management. Hoping to provide some help for the relevant staff in the industry.

1 引言

现阶段，对于工程企业来说，加强工程项目成本管理是至关重要的，这在工程企业中占据着举足轻重的地位。对于工程企业来说，要想在激烈的行业竞争中始终立于不败之地，获得较高的竞争优势，就必须要高度重视工程项目成本管理这一问题，制定完善的工程项目成本管理制度，并配备可行、合理的安全生产防护措施，维护人身安全，避免造成不必要的经济损失，从而为工程项目的顺利完成奠定坚实基础。

2 工程项目成本管理的原则分析

第一，动态控制原则。在工程项目成本管理中，必须要加强动态控制，由于工程施工准备阶段的成本控制，仅仅结合施工组织设计的内容来确定成本目标、编制成本计划，对于项目成本管理起到了提前准备的作用。在工程项目施工过程中，极容易受到周边环境、自然情况以及人员调配等方面的影响，工程项目部门必须要对项目施工过程进行实时调节，确保项目施工各个环节施工成本的平衡性关系，从而将工程项目成本保持在合理范围内。……
