浅谈共青团在国有企业思想政治教育工作中的作用

【摘 要】“8090”青年职工培养是企业青年人才培养工作中的一项重大工程，作为国有企业，企业对青年职工进行思想政治教育是企业培养青年人才的重中之重，同时也是企业培养新时期高素质人才的重要保障。在全面推进企业思想政治建设工作中，共青团工作也是同时发挥着极其重要的作用，通过发挥共青团员生力军的作用逐步提升青年职工的思想政治意识，提升青年职工的思想政治水平，为青年职工在企业平稳发展打下坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 The cultivation of young employees of "80s" and "90s" is an important project in the training of young talents of enterprises. As a state-owned enterprise， the ideological and political education of young workers in enterprises is the most important thing for enterprises to train young talents， which is also an important guarantee for enterprises to cultivate high quality talents in the new period. In the process of comprehensively promoting the ideological and political construction of enterprises， the work of the Communist Youth League is also playing an extremely important role at the same time. Through giving full play to the role of the new members of the Communist Youth League， we can gradually enhance the ideological and political consciousness of the young workers and staff， raise the ideological and political level of the young workers and staff， and lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of the young workers in the enterprise.

1 引言

中国共产主义青年团是中国共产党领导下的先进青年的群众组织，是中国共产党的得力助手和后备军，共青团工作的性质和任务决定了它必须做好青年的思想工作。面对经济全球化、政治多极化、文化多元化这些复杂多样的形势，当前社会快速发展，生活方式日趋多样化，青年的思想观念、价值取向、行为方式随之发生着变化，企业的共青团组织思想政治工作也带来了新情况、新问题，所以要加强政治引导，逐步培养广大团员青年敏锐的分析力、鉴别力、判断力，让团组织适应社会发展变化。企业青年职工中80%以上是共青团员，共青团员人数相对占有绝大多数比例，更需要借助共青团的优势。

作为团委工作者，应全面深入学习贯彻党的十九大精神，以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，在广大团员青年中加强青年职工的思政政治教育与指导。……
