杉木不同世代良种轻基质容器育苗对比试验

摘要：林木良种是森林资源高效培育的重要物质基础，为优化杉木良种资源应用的配置，以福建省杉木中心产区建瓯市和大田县两地种源种子为对照，开展产自福建省尤溪国有林场等10个单位14个1至3代杉木种子园良种的轻基质容器育苗对比试验。通过对苗高、地茎、高茎比、质量指数等8个苗期生长与质量指标的调查测定分析，结果表明：杉木不同世代良种和相同世代不同种子园良种间的生长指标均存在极显著或显著差异，杉木不同良种之间的苗木生长特性存在差异；依据苗高、地径和生物量进行苗木质量综合评价结果显示：不同世代良种的苗木质量总体上优于对照组，苗木质量指数最高的是尤溪林场3代，高出总群体平均值25.21%，其次是洋口林場3代、光泽华侨林场3代、官庄林场2.5代、长汀2代，高出总群体平均数的14.12%。

杉木（Cunninghamialanceolata（Lamb.）Hook.）是我国特有的优良用材速生树种，也是南方各省区最重要的造林树种之一，前人对其研究很多，也已取得了大批重要的科研成果，对推动我国南方杉木速丰林的建设起到了重要作用。杉木良种繁育研究是杉木研究中最活跃、研究成果和文献报道最多的领域，其中又以良种选育、遗传改良和造林效果研究较为成熟和更具重要意义[1-5]。福建省的杉木育种经过了50多年科技攻关和建设，已进入了高世代繁育及应用阶段，建成多世代杉木种子园面积达7000多hm2，其中杉木3代种子园达3000多hm2。……
