浅述施工工期、质量、安全的控制措施

摘要： 建设项目合理控制施工进度是指编制施工总进度计划，并在施工过程中控制其执行，按照合同签订的期限完成整个施工项目的任务。但在实际的项目施工现场，由于诸多因素的影响，往往会出现无法在规定时间内完工的现象，或者存在规定时间内完工但质量、安全存在隐患的问题。基于此，本文浅述施工工期、质量、安全的控制措施，以期加强施工项目质量控制。

Abstract： The reasonable control of the construction progress of construction project refers to preparing the overall progress plan of the construction， controlling its implementation in the construction process and completing the entire construction project tasks in accordance with the duration of the contract. But in the actual project construction site， due to many factors， there often appear the phenomenon that the project can not be completed within the specified time or the project is completed within the required time， but there are many quality and safety problems. Based on this， this article describes the control measures of construction period， quality and safety， with a view to strengthening the quality control of construction projects.

0 引言

建筑产品整个生产过程中，对施工工期、质量、安全、成本等进行有效地控制，是施工项目进行管理的基本要求，是施工项目目标实现的关键。“控制”是指在实现行为对象目标的过程中，行为主体按预定的计划实施，在实施的过程中会遇到许多干扰，行为主体通过检查，收集到实施状态的信息，将它与原计划作比较，发现偏差，并及时纠正，保证计划正常实施，达到预定目标的全部活动过程。在整个项目管理过程中有很大的意义，它的控制成效好坏将直接影响到施工项目实施的成败。

建筑产品生产主要有：①建筑产品和一般工业产品不同，是建设单位先知，经营在生产的前面。其每一个生产程序与步骤都将受到建设单位以及社会质量监督机构的监督。②施工项目是指在一定的约束条件下，具有明确目标的一项一次性的任务和工作。③建筑产品具有复杂性和庞大性。建筑产品与其它工业产品不同，必须在多种约束条件下进行生产。……
