综合康复干预对老年2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者生活质量的临床影响

[摘要] 目的 观察并分析综合康复干预对老年2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者生活质量的临床影响。方法 选取该院于2015年7月—2017年7月收治的老年2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者60例作对象开展研究，将其分为两组，对照组（n=30）选用常规护理方法，观察组（n=30）选用综合康复干预，然后对比分析这两种方法对患者生活质量的临床影响效果。结果 观察组患者血糖控制情况（FPG、2 hPG检测）均优于对照组，且观察组患者抑郁、焦虑评分均比对照组低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合康复干预可有效改善老年2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者的生活质量，缓解患者病情，帮助患者早日康复，值得推广实施。

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Intervention on the Quality of Life of Senile Patients with Type 2 Diabetes with Depression

[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on the quality of life of senile patients with type 2 diabetes with depression. Methods 60 cases of senile patients with type 2 diabetes with depression from July 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine nursing method， while the observation group adopted the comprehensive rehabilitation intervention， and the clinical effect on the quality of life of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose control （FPG and 2 hPG） in the observation group were better than those in the control group， and the depression and anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of senile patients with type 2 diabetes with depression， relieve the disease of patients and help the early recovery， and it is worth promotion and implementation.

糖尿病屬于一种慢性、终身性心身疾病，其中以2型糖尿病最常见，所占比例可达到90%以上[1]。因为糖尿病具有难治性、终身性等特点，患者往往带有紧张、焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，容易引发抑郁症，不利于患者的治疗[2]。伴随着经济水平的提高，人们的生活方式、饮食习惯有了很大的改变，使得2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者的发病率不断上升，对患者的身心健康以及生活质量带来严重的影响[3]。为了观察并分析综合康复干预对老年2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者生活质量的临床影响，该研究选取该院于2015年7月—2017年7月收治的老年2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者60例分为两组，分别实施常规护理以及综合康复干预，对这两种方法对患者生活质量的临床影响实施对比，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
