法律咨询APP交互设计研究

摘要：目的：探讨法律咨询APP交互设计的原则和实践，为基于移动应用的法律咨询服务软件设计提出方法论指导。方法 从App使用目标用户的需求出发，结合其行为分析，根据交互设计理论，结合优秀法律咨询App的特征，提炼出法律咨询App交互设计的原则。结果：采用以上方法，对法律咨询App交互设计研究进行探索和总结。结论：通过对用户需求和行为特征的分析，结合App交互设计的原则，为提供法律服务的移动应用程序设计提供理论参考，使得用户与App之间的交互体验更加契合，更加充分地满足用户的需求。

Abstract： Objective： Research about the principle and practice of legal advice APP interactive design， which is to provide the methodological guidance about the design of legal consulting service software Based on mobile application. Methods： Depend on the requirement of the App target users， and analyze the behavior.， according to the theory of interaction design， combined with the characteristics of good legal advice App to refine the principles for the interaction design of legal consulting App. Result Based on the above method to explore and summarize how to do the research about the legal consultation App interaction design. Conclusion： Based on the analysis of user needs and behavior characteristics， combined with the principles of App interaction design to provides the theory reference about mobile applications that is to provide legal services， which is aim at the interaction between the user and the App experience more fit and will meet the needs of users.

习近平总书记在十八届三中全会上发表了关于我国社会主义法治国家的讲话，其中提到建设社会主义法治国家必须坚持人民主体地位，使全体人民都成为社会主义法治的忠实崇尚者、自觉遵守者、坚定捍卫者，要推进全民守法，增强全民法治观念，采取有力措施加强法制宣传教育。习近平总书记的讲话指出了我国建设法治国家的重要性和方向，就是要从人民出发，以人为本。我国在法治建设过程中取得了很多成果，但是其中也存在一些问题，比如全民法治教育效果欠佳，给实现人们知法、用法、守法的目标增加了阻力；在提倡全民用法的目标和人们的现实生活之间产生了脱节，现实的情况是人们在现实的生活中遇到法律纠纷问题时，缺少专业的指导和寻求到专业性帮助的有效途径，这就增加了实现法治国家和用法律手段维护人民切身利益目标的难度。……
