浅析标准化对抚顺装备制造业的影响

【摘要】 通过对抚顺装备制造业中典型的30家大、中、小工業企业标准化工作情况的调研，并选取了全市百余家装备制造企业发放问卷式调研提纲。根据调研情况对全市装备制造业标准化的现状有了宏观和较为全面的了解，对其经验进行了总结，对存在的问题进行了分析，在此基础上，提出了抚顺装备制造业企业标准化发展方向和对策。

A Brief Analysis on the Influence of the Standardization on Fushun Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Abstract： The investigation and research on the standardization of 30 typical large，medium and small equipment manufactures in Fushun，along with the questionnaires issued to over 100 selected equipment manufacturers provide us with macro control and a comprehensive understanding of the status quo of the equipment manufacturing standardization，enable us to summarize the experience，to analyze the existing problems，on the basis of which，to propose the development directions and the countermeasures of the standardization of Fushun equipment manufacturing industrial enterprises.

标准化工作是企业现代化大生产中一项必不可少的重要基础管理工作。抚顺市政府和装备制造企业不仅对标准化工作日益重视，而且对标准化工作的投入也不断增加;不仅使标准化工作贯穿于企业的整个生产过程，而且要求各部门的各项工作及全体职工都要按标准化工作程序办事，极大地推动了全市装备制造业标准化工作迈上了一个新台阶。从对全市30家装备制造业企业的实地调查情况和部分调查问卷反馈情况的综合分析来看，抚顺市装备制造业通过全面实施标准化战略和完善标准化体系建设，不仅标准化工作促进了企业产品质量的全面提高，推动了企业的技术进步和自主创新，增强了企业在国内外市场上的竞争力，而且还有效地促进了抚顺各具特色的装备制造产业集群和基地的形成与发展。但调研中也发现抚顺装备制造业的发展速度与先进地区相比仍显得落后，制约了装备制造业的进一步发展和产业竞争力的提升。……
