加速康复外科理念在老年髋部骨折患者围手术期护理中的应用

【摘 要】目的：探讨对老年髋部骨折患者选择ERAS（加速康复外科）理念完成围手术期护理后获得的临床效果。方法：选择我院2015年09月～2017年11月收治的106例老年髋部骨折患者作为实验对象；选择抽签法分组；临床探讨围手术期护理理念期间，对照组（53例）：选择传统一般护理理念完成；观察组（53例）：选择一般护理理念+ERAS理念完成；最终就两组老年髋骨骨折患者疼痛评分以及舒适度评分结果展开对比。结果：同对照组老年髋部骨折患者疼痛评分以及舒适度评分展开对比，观察组获得明显改善（P<0.05）。结论：对于老年髋部骨折患者选择ERAS护理理念展开护理干预，对于患者疼痛程度以及舒适度的改善可以做出充分保证，最终对于患者髋关节功能的恢复以及病情好转做出充分保证。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of ERAS （accelerated rehabilitation surgery） concept in elderly hip fracture patients after completing perioperative nursing. Methods： 106 cases of elderly hip fractures treated in our hospital from 09 months to November 2017 from 2015 to November 2017 were selected as the experimental subjects. The selection method was selected to group the patients. During the perioperative period of the nursing concept， the control group （53 cases）： the traditional general nursing concept was completed； the observation group （53 cases）： the general nursing idea +ERAS concept was completed， and the final two groups of elderly hip fracture patients hurt. Pain score and comfort score were compared. Results： compared with the control group， the pain score and comfort score of elderly hip fracture patients were significantly improved compared with the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： for the elderly hip fracture patients to choose ERAS nursing intervention， the degree of pain and comfort of the patients can be fully guaranteed， and finally the recovery of the hip joint function and the improvement of the patient's condition can be fully guaranteed.

对于老年髋部骨折患者因为疾病的影响，往往需要长时间卧床，从而导致患者存在较高概率表现出泌尿系统感染、呼吸系统感染、褥疮以及深静脉血栓的情况，最终使得患者的生命安全受到危及，对此确定新型护理理念完成老年髋部骨折患者护理干预意义显著[1]。本次研究将探讨最佳护理理念完成老年髋部骨折患者围手术期护理，以此说明加速康复外科理念的应用可行性。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择我院2015年09月～2017年11月收治的106例老年髋部骨折患者作为实验对象。

选择抽签法分组；临床探讨围手术期护理理念期间，对照组（53例）：男33例，女20例；年龄分布范围为66岁～79岁，平均年龄为（72.39±2.25）岁；观察组（53例）：男36例，女17例；年龄分布范围为67岁～81岁，平均年龄为（72.42±2.29）岁；此次研究均获得伦理委员会同意批准，对于知情同意书，所有老年髋部骨折患者全部同意签署；……
