宫颈癌筛查中宫颈细胞学检查结合阴道镜检查的临床价值

[摘要] 目的 探讨宫颈癌筛查中宫颈细胞学检查结合阴道镜检查的临床价值。 方法 随机选取该院2017年1—8月收治的600例宫颈癌疑诊患者为该次实验研究对象，按照是否结合阴道镜检查将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组，对照组300例患者单纯进行宫颈细胞学检查，实验组300例患者给予宫颈细胞学检查结合阴道镜检查治疗，观察两组患者宫颈癌临床检出情况。结果 实验组患者宫颈癌临床检测敏感度以及特异性分别为97.6%、96.9%，均明显高于对照组89.6%、82.6%，实验组患者宫颈癌各病理类型检出率明显高于对照组，两组患者各项数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于宫颈癌疑诊患者给予宫颈细胞学检查结合阴道镜检查可有效提高宫颈癌各病理类型检出率，降低个体误诊、漏诊率。

The Clinical Value of Cervical Cytology Combined with Colposcopy in Cervical Cancer Screening

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to observe the clinical value of cervical cytology combined with colposcopy in cervical cancer screening. Methods 600 patients with suspected cervical cancer were randomly selected from January to August 2017. All patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to whether or not colposcopy was performed. The control group with simple cervical cytology， the experimental group of 300 patients was given cervical cytology combined with colposcopy treatment， to observe the two groups of patients with cervical cancer clinical detection. Results The sensitivity and specificity of cervical cancer were 97.6% and 96.9% respectively， which were significantly higher than those of the control group （89.6% and 82.6%）. The detection rate of cervical cancer in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group， the data of the two groups of patients were significantly different， with statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion Cervical cytology combined with colposcopy can be used to improve the detection rate of cervical cancer and reduce the misdiagnosis rate of cervical cancer.

宫颈癌的发生与个体长期感染高危型HPV病毒、性行为过早、初产年龄过小、多孕多产以及个体营养不良，不注意个人卫生等因素有关。早期筛查宫颈癌对降低宫颈癌死亡率具有重要的意义[1-2]。目前宫颈癌临床筛查的主要途径为宫颈癌细胞学筛查，宫颈癌细胞学筛查具有操作方便、取材简单的优點，但是近些年关于宫颈癌细胞学筛查假阴性率高的报道逐渐增多[3]。该次实验对该院2017年1—8月收治的600例宫颈癌疑诊患者分别给予单纯宫颈细胞学检查以及宫颈细胞学检查结合阴道镜检查治疗，通过观察两组患者宫颈癌临床检出情况，从而论证其临床价值，现报道如下。
