从目标定向理论视角浅析大学生体育运动动机的培养

摘 要 目标定向理论是一个综合了能力知觉、能力水平、自我效能感、成败归因等多个个体认知因素的成就动机理论，为高校体育教育如何培养大学生运动动机提供理论依据。本文结合目标定向论，比较了不同目标定向（任务定向与自我定向）的大学生在能力知觉、任务选择、认知策略与情感体验等多个方面的差异，针对如何培养任务目标定向、营造掌握任务为主的学习动机气氛，为高校体育教育对大学生运动动机的有效培养提出具体建议。

Analysis of College Students' Motivation in Sports from the

Perspective of Goal Orientation Theory

Abstract Goal-oriented theory is a theory of accomplishment motivation that integrates cognitive abilities of individuals， ability levels， self-efficacy， and attribution of success or failure and so on， and provides a theoretical basis for college physical education how to cultivate motivation of undergraduates. Based on the theory of target orientation， this paper compares the differences of students' ability perception， task selection， cognitive strategy and emotional experience between different target orientations （task orientation and self-orientation）. In view of how to cultivate the goal orientation of the task and how to master the task Based learning motivation atmosphere for university physical education on the motivation of college students to effectively raise specific recommendations.

1 目標定向理论的内涵理解

目标定向理论提出，个体的目标定向可被划分至两个维度：任务定向和自我定向。任务定向与自我定向的学生在心理现象和行为特点等多个方面存在着显著的差异。

1.1在对能力、努力、成功及其关系的认知方面

任务定向的学生认为能力是非天赋性的，个体间能力的差异来自于各自的努力程度，他们相信成功是努力的成果，把提升能力、超越自我看作是一种成功；自我定向的学生则认为能力是天赋性的，过多的努力意味着自己先天能力不足，他们倾向于超越他人来获得满足感，认为只有战胜他人才是成功，而这种成功是依靠能力来实现。

1.2在任务的选择、坚持性和面对挫折的态度方面

任务定向的学生对自己的能力有正确的知觉，倾向于选择具有挑战性的任务以求提升自己的能力；……
