手机依赖对大学生学习的影响分析

摘 要 智能手机的普及及其强大的功能，使得大学生对手机的依赖越来越深。对于学生来讲，手机依赖最直接的影响就是影响学习效果。移动互联时代，手机对大学生存在极大的诱惑，对手机依赖对大学生学习的影响及其产生影响的原因进行分析，对于改变学生的学习态度，寻找有效的合理使用手机进行学习的方法具有重要作用。

Analysis of the Influence of Mobile Phone Addiction on

College Students' Learning

Abstract The popularity of smart phones and its powerful functions make college students more and more dependent on mobile phones. For students， the most direct influence of cell phone dependence is the effect of learning. The mobile Internet era， mobile phone of college students have a great temptation， causes influence on students' learning and its influence on mobile phone dependence analysis， to change the attitude of the students， to find effective and rational use of mobile phone learning method has an important role.

0 引言

手机已经成为人们日常生活的一部分，特别是智能手机的普及及其层出不穷的新功能，让人们和它的关系越来越密切，人们习惯于用手机看电子书、刷微博、玩游戏、购物等等。截至2017年6月，中国互联网信息中心发布的第四十次互联网统计报告中指出我国手机网民规模达7.24亿，占网民总数的96.3%，较2016年底提升1.2个百分点。据统计，我国网民中学生群体的占比最高，达24.8%。2017年上半年，我国个人互联网应用保持快速发展，对于手机应用方面，手机外卖和手机在线课程的用户规模增长最为显著。[1]在现代社会中，手机是一种重要的媒介，集通讯、上网等多种功能于一体。手机是学生对外学习交流的纽带，对于大学生来说，手机已经成为必需品，在大学生活中占据了重要地位。

1 手机依赖对大学生学习影响的表现

手机依赖又称手机成瘾行为、问题性手机使用、过度使用手机，是频繁使用手机的成瘾举动，至今对于手机依赖的定义还没有被准确认定。[2]目前研究者一般针对心理学、行为学方面对手机依赖进行区分。……
