新型弹药电磁防护技术分析

【摘 要】电发火弹药是电子技术与弹药相结合的产物，在现代战争中广泛应用。由于现代战争中，战场复杂的电磁环境使得电发火弹药使用的安全性与性能的可靠性受到极大威胁。为此，本文首先就电磁环境对电发火弹药安全性的影响及危害模式進行了分析，研究了目前常用电磁防护加固技术及其存在的问题，提出采用电磁屏蔽技术来对电发火弹药进行电磁防护是一种最直接最有效的方法。

【Abstract】Electric fire ammunition is a combination of electronic technology and ammunition.It is widely used in modern warfare.Due to the complex electromagnetic environment of the battlefield in modern warfare，the safety and performance reliability of the use of electric firearm ammunition is greatly threatened.Therefore，this paper first analyzes the influence of electromagnetic environment on the safety of electric firearm ammunition and the hazard model，studies the current electromagnetic protection reinforcement technology and its existing problems，and proposes the use of electromagnetic shielding technology to electromagnetically protect electric ammunition.It is the most direct and effective method.

1 目前电发火弹药抗电磁环境危害存在的问题

电发火弹药的电点火系统通常由电火工品（EED）和相关发火线路构成。EED作为电发火弹药的终端负载，同时也是电发火弹药中最敏感、最危险的部分，最容易受到电磁能量的危害。电发火弹药储运、勤务处理及战场使用过程中，经常发现有意外发火或瞎火现象，经研究分析，电发火弹药意外发火、瞎火的原因主要是EED受到电磁干扰所致。

目前，所制定的有关电磁环境的国军标，都是针对整个武器系统而言，还没有确定的标准来明确定义电发火弹药所处的电磁环境。电发火弹药相对于整个武器系统而言，只是其中一个分系统。它所受到的电磁危害，与武器系统所处的电磁环境，以及与之相连接的其它分系统相关。当前电发火弹药抗电磁危害加固技术还存在许多问题，主要体现在：电磁能量进入电发火弹药，引起电磁危害的情况十分复杂，使得理论研究、机理分析具有一定的难度；……
