父亲参与教养对小学生发展的影响

【摘 要】小学教育作为整个教育事业的基础，对儿童一生的发展、各级各类人才的培养，国民素质的提高起着至关重要的作用。家庭教育作为促进小学阶段儿童成长的重要教育形式，有着其独特的教育性。本文从家庭教育的内涵出发，采用问卷调查法、文献研究法、访谈法等多种方法多角度剖析了父亲参与儿童教养的重要性，以期为我国父亲参与教养提供有力借鉴。

【Abstract】Primary education is the foundation of the entire education industry. It plays a crucial role in the development of a childs life， the development of all types of talent at all levels， and the improvement of the quality of the nation. As an important form of education to promote the growth of children in primary school， family education has its unique education. This article starts with the connotation of family education， and analyzes the importance of fathers participation in childrens education through various methods such as questionnaire survey， literature research， interviews and so on， in order to provide powerful reference for our fathers participation in education.

0 引言

家庭和父母在孩子成长和发展过程中的扮演者重要的角色，完整的家庭由父母子女组成，完整的家庭教育也不能缺少任何一员。家庭教育生态学理论的提出与发展也使得人们在研究孩子的教育问题时，不得不把自光投向更为宽广的教育生态，投向每一个影响孩子教育与成长的因素。社会的进步，时代的发展，女性角色的转变与就业机会的增加使得“男主外，女主内”的思想不得不发生质的转变，无形中推动了人们对父亲参与孩子教养话题的关注，基于父亲在孩子教育过程中重要而不可替代的角色作用和当前现实中父亲参与的相对缺失以及孩子成长对父亲的迫切需要，本研究采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法，以“父亲参与教养对小学生个性发展的影响”为切入点在潍坊地区展开为期一年的考察调研。结果表明：父亲们参与教养的认同度高，但实际参与情况较低，在实际参与过程中，受家庭、社会影响比重较大。……
