浅议油气田地面建设工程质量管理

【摘 要】本文以油气田地面工程质量管理为切入点，在概述油气田地面建设工程质量管理应遵守的原则的基础上，分析油气田地面建设工程质量管理中存在的问题，探讨了加强油气田地面建设工程质量管理的策略，旨在说明质量管理在油气田地面建设工程建设中的重要性，以期指导实践。

【Abstract】this paper takes the ground engineering quality management of oil and gas fields as the cutting point， on the basis of summarizing the principles that the ground engineering quality management of oil and gas fields should abide by， analyzes the existing problems in the quality management of the ground construction project of oil and gas fields， discusses the strategy of strengthening the quality management of the ground construction project of oil and gas fields， and aims at explaining the importance of quality management in the construction of the ground construction of oil and gas fields in order to guide the practice.

0 前言

近年来，我国对能源资源的需求急剧上升，油气田地面建设开始处于越来越重要的地位。现阶段，我国油气田建设开发规模不断扩张，如油气田能源战略性、长远性、合理性开发应用与油气田地面建设工程质量密不可分。油气田地面建设工程离不开质量管理，但由于油气田地面建设工程，其本身极为繁琐复杂，给油气田地面建设工程质量管理带来了一定的难度，为了确保油气田地面工程建设质量，需要强化质量管理。如何加强油气田地面建设工程质量是当前油气田地面建设关注的难点问题。因此，探索加强油气田地面建设工程质量管理的策略具有十分重要的现实意义。

1 油气田地面建設工程质量管理应遵守的原则

我国油气田地面工程建设质量直接影响着油气田开采的效益。在油气田地面建设工程质量管理中，控制油气田地面建设工程质量，应遵循规范化作业的原则和经济安全生产原则，其具体内容如下：
