益气养阴合剂对气阴两伤型系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效及安全性

【摘要】 目的：分析益气养阴合剂对气阴两伤型系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取2013年2月-2016年2月收治的100例气阴两伤型SLE患者，根据随机数字表法分为两组，给予对照组患者西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予患者益气养阴合剂治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果：观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的74.00%，差異有统计学意义（字2=9.490 2，P<0.05）；两组患者肝肾功能、心电图、血尿常规均正常，观察期间均没有严重不良反应出现。结论：气阴两伤型SLE采用益气养阴合剂治疗的效果显著，安全性高，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Yangyin Mixture on Qi and Yin two type of injury in systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）.Method：From February 2013 to February 2016，100 patients of Qi Yin two type of injury SLE were selected an randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given western medicine，on the basis of control group，the observation group was given Yiqi Yangyin Mixture treatment.Compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Result：The total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was 96.00%，higher than 74.00% in control group，the difference was statistically significant（字2=9.490 2，P<0.05）；two groups of patients with liver and kidney function，ECG，hematuria routine were normal，no serious adverse reactions occurred during the observation period.Conclusion：The effect of Yiqi Yangyin Mixture in the treatment of Qi Yin two type injury SLE is remarkable，and it is safe and worthy of promotion.

临床上，系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）属于系统性自身免疫性疾病的一种，由免疫复合物介导的血管炎属于该疾病的基本病理改变[1-3]。该疾病的发病原因错综复杂，临床上尚未出现一种特异性药物用来对该疾病进行治疗。西医通常会选择造血干细胞移植、血浆置换疗法、生物制剂、非甾类抗炎药、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等方式对患者进行治疗，虽然能够在一定程度上获得疗效，但同时也会使患者产生较大药物副作用，并且造血干细胞移植、血浆置换疗法、生物制剂等方式的费用昂贵，所以在临床应用过程中受到了一定限制[4-7]。近年来，临床上加强了对中医治疗该疾病的研究，为此，本研究针对益气养阴合剂在该疾病治疗中的应用效果进行探究，并选取2013年2月-2016年

2月100例气阴两伤型SLE患者为研究对象，现报告如下。
