乌梅丸在以感觉症状为主的格林巴利综合征中的应用

摘要：目前西医治疗格林巴利综合征感觉症状的难度大，而中医药治疗有其优势。本文通过分析以麻木疼痛为主的格林巴利综合征的病因病机，辨证其为阴阳错杂，符合六经辨证中厥阴病的病机特点。经过梳理厥阴病核心病机及乌梅丸的制方特色，认为乌梅丸可以平调寒热，使阴阳平衡，以乌梅丸加减治疗以感觉症状为主的格林巴利综合征效果良好。

Application of Wumei Pills in Guillain-Barre Syndrome with Feeling Symptom as Main

Abstract： At present， Western medicine treatment for feeling symptom in Guillain-Barre syndrome has great difficulties， while TCM treatment has its advantages. In this article， by analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of numbness pain-based Guillain-Barre syndrome， syndrome differentiation is yin-yang mixed， consistent with pathogenesis of Jueyin disease. After combing the core pathogenesis of Jueyin disease and the characteristics of the system of Wumei Pills， this article believed that Wumei Pills could regulate the cold and heat， so that the yin and yang would balance. Therefore， modified Wumei Pills have good efficacy for Guillain-Barre syndrome with feeling symptom as main.

格林巴利綜合征是一种以运动损害为主的自身免疫性周围神经病，主要累及脊神经根，通常以急性或亚急性渐进性发展的四肢对称性软瘫伴腱反射减退或消失为特征[1]。临床上，许多患者伴有较为突出的感觉症状，如麻木和感觉减退或消失；有较高比例的患者出现疼痛，包括痛性感觉异常、肌肉痛等[2-4]，易被忽视，且治疗效果一般[5-6]。结合临床实践，笔者认为格林巴利综合征的感觉症状乃阴阳错杂之证，以乌梅丸加减配合西药治疗可促进患者康复。兹介绍如下。

1 厥阴病的本质

厥阴为三阴之末，在太阴、少阴两阴之尽。厥阴之“厥”字，有“极尽”的意思。大抵中医学理论中的厥阴有3种意义：①表示阴阳相互交通、阴尽阳生
