行业特色型高校协同创新路径研究

摘 要：行業特色型高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，有责任、有义务为社会经济的发展提供能量。在当今科技创新的国际大潮流下，行业特色型高校根据国内外发展的形势，结合外部因素和自身因素，认清自身存在的问题和优势，在协同创新活动中克服不足、强化优势，完成行业特色型高校协同创新的路径选择，实现科学规划、创新发展。

Abstract： Industry-specific colleges and universities are an important component of China's higher education， and they have the responsibility and obligation to provide energy for the development of the social economy. Under the current international trend of scientific and technological innovation， industry-specific colleges and universities， based on the situation of domestic and foreign development， combined with external factors and their own factors， recognize their existing problems and advantages， overcome deficiencies in collaborative innovation activities， strengthen advantages， and complete the path selection of collaborative innovation in industry-specific colleges and universities， realizing scientific planning and innovative development.

行业特色型高校在长期的发展中为社会经济的发展提供了诸多便利条件，为建立创新型国家发挥了重要作用。2011年“高等学校创新能力提升计划”提出以来，协同创新逐渐成为高校科技工作“十二五”期间及今后发展的中心主题和必然趋势。在这一新时代背景下，行业特色型大学如何同协同创新相结合，成了诸多业界学者探讨的热门话题。

1 行业特色型高校协同创新现状

20世纪五六十年代，我国为培养满足社会主义工业化建设需要的技术人才，曾借鉴苏联高等教育的经验，对综合性大学进行一番调整和重组之后，创办了一批旨在服务重点行业的行业特色型高校。在长期的办学实践中，行业特色型高校形成了具有自身特色的办学方向和办学优势，在服务社会经济尤其是服务重点行业方面取得了较好的成绩。

进入21世纪以来，政府机构改革不断深入发展，社会主义市场经济也在继续深化。为了满足时代发展的需要，我国高校管理体制也应进行相应的调整。……
