协同创新视角下的高校学科建设研究

摘 要：“协同创新”发展的理念为高校的发展指明了方向。而高校学科建设是学校建设的基础，而实现高校的创新发展，就要进行高校学科建设的协同发展，两者一脉相承。学科发展关系到了资源、人类、财力、政策等方面的统筹，而进行协同创新正好可以解决学校发展动力不足，学科实力不强的问题。为此，文章从协同创新的内涵，高校学科建设的困境，高校学科建设协调创新发展的途径等方面进行论述，力求为我国高校的学科建设提供参考意见。

Abstract： The development concept of "collaborative innovation" has pointed out the development direction for colleges and universities. Discipline construction in colleges and universities is the basis of school construction， and the realization of innovation and development in colleges and universities is necessary to carry out the coordinated development of subject construction in colleges and universities， and both of them share the same origin. Discipline development is related to the co-ordination of resources， human， finance， policy and other aspects， and collaborative innovation can drive the development of school development and strengthen the strength of discipline. The connotation of collaborative innovation， the dilemma of discipline construction in colleges and universities， and the way of coordinated innovative development for discipline construction in colleges and universities are discussed in order to provide reference for discipline construction in China's colleges and universities.

隨着世界经济的不断发展，市场竞争力不断增强，这就需要合作与创新才能适应当前形势。在2011年，胡锦涛同志在清华百年校庆中提出：“高校发展应协同创新发展，从而适应现代社会的发展需要。”这样我国高校发展中的“协同创新”模式就由此而来。为了落实“协同创新”理解，推动高校发展，教育部和财政部颁布了《高等学校创新能力提升计划》。在当前的背景下，如何看待协同创新问题，是高校发展的机遇，是高校学科发展的关键。学科建设是学校教师的基础，也是高校协同发展的关键所在。学科发展关系到了资源、人类、财力、政策等方面的统筹，而进行协同创新正好可以解决学校发展动力不足，学科能力不强的问题，把各方面进行整理，通过合作、共享、创新，让学科建设实力提升，高校发展也迈上更高的台阶。
