比较甘精胰岛素与门冬胰岛素30在2型糖尿病治疗中的临床疗效

【摘 要】目的：比较甘精胰岛素与门冬胰岛素30在2型糖尿病治疗中的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年10月到2017年5月收院诊治的2型糖尿病患者780例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组390例。对照组给予甘精胰岛素治疗，实验组给予门冬胰岛素30治疗，对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果：对照组和实验组的临床治疗效果无明显差异，不具统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：甘精胰岛素和门冬胰岛素30对2型糖尿病均有很好的治疗效果。

Abstract Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy of insulin and insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods； A total of 780 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the hospital from October 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects， and were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 390 cases in each group. In the control group， the insulin treatment was given， and the experimental group received 30 treatments for the treatment of the portal winter insulin， and the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results； There was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the experimental group （P BBB 0.05）. Conclusions； Insulin gans and insulin 30 have good therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus.

2型糖尿病的病程很长，很多患者需要终身服药来控制血糖水平和并发症发展。血糖水平升高会使机体各组织受到损害，导致患者逐渐出现各类型的并发症。糖尿病患者的治疗中控制血糖是最重要的手段，2型糖尿病患者多为遗传，患者体内胰岛细胞存在功能缺陷，患者胰岛素抵抗，导致血糖水平升高。临床治疗时多用各种胰岛素进行及时有效的控制[1]。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2014年10月到2017年5月收院诊治的2型糖尿病患者780例为研究对象，对照组390例，男200例，女190例，年龄35～70岁，平均年龄（49.2±4.8）岁；实验组80例，男198例，女192例，年龄34～69岁，平均年龄（48.7±4. 9）岁。两组患者一般资料无明显差异（P>0.05）。患者及其家属了解研究内容并签署知情同意书，研究经由我院伦理委员会批准同意。

1.2 方法

两组患者均给予二甲双胍（生产厂家：深圳市中联制药有限公司，生产批号：国药准字H44024853）治疗，餐后口服，一次0.5g，一天3次，对照组给……
