基于我国篮球教学现状的执教理念分析

摘 要：随着我国篮球运动的不断发展，近年来，篮球运动在全国各地中普及开来，篮球教学理念也受到了高度的重视。同时，随着素质教育的深入，对校园篮球教学提出了更高、更新、更强的标准。就篮球执教而言，篮球教学急需改变传统的执教理念和教学手段，进一步提高校园篮球教研水平，逐渐从简单的动作技能向提高综合素质方向的转变。毋庸置疑，当前篮球教学中存在的各种问题和纰漏成为篮球教学工作中亟待解决的重中之重。本文通过探讨影响我国篮球教师执教理念的因素进行研究分析，试图找寻我国篮球教师未来发展的新途径，为我国体育教学发展迈上一个崭新的台阶。

Abstract：with the continuous development of basketball in China，basketball is popularized all over the country in recent years，and the idea of basketball teaching has been highly valued.At the same time，with the deepening of quality education，higher，newer and stronger standards are put forward for basketball teaching in campus.As far as basketball is concerned，basketball teaching needs to change the traditional teaching idea and means，further improve the level of campus basketball teaching and research，and gradually change the direction of comprehensive quality from simple action skills.There is no doubt that all kinds of problems and errors in basketball teaching have become the top priority in basketball teaching.This paper studies and analyzes the factors that affect the teaching concept of basketball teachers in China，and tries to find a new way for the future development of basketball teachers in China，and put a new step in the development of sports teaching in China.

1 影响我国篮球教练员执教理念的因素

1.1 国家体制问题

篮球教学是我国高校体育教学中重要的组成部分。就目前的高校篮球教学现状而言，兴趣培养是存在的关键问题，教练一味地训练篮球基础动作，而缺少了对学生篮球兴趣地培养。机械地反复重复技术动作，降低了学生学习的主动性和自觉性，从而达不到好的教学效果，拿我国与其他篮球发达国家相比，我国的篮球教学体制略显枯燥。相比“主动学习、快乐学习”的教学理念，我国的应试教育相对更注重对篮球技术的培养而缺乏对兴趣的培养。在教学过程中，学生上课兴趣缺失，对教学而言绝对是不利的。

1.2 教研水平问题

长期以来，篮球教练很少从育人的角度规范教学的行为，而是片面的注重竞技教育的培养，使篮球教练员的竞技教学强于体育活动和兴趣方面的教学，教学手段老旧，重教轻研，缺乏理论创新，业务水平停滞。……
