探讨硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病的临床效果

[摘要] 目的 研究分析高血压合并糖尿病患者接受硝苯地平缓释片治疗的效果，为临床用药提供依据。 方法 根据2014年9月—2015年9月该院的86例高血压合并糖尿病患者进行研究分析，将这些患者分成对照组和观察组，两组均有43例。对照组患者接受常规治疗和厄贝沙坦治疗，观察组患者则采取常规治疗和硝苯地平缓释片治疗，对两组的临床治疗情况进行对比研究。 结果 在治疗之前，观察组和对照组患者的收缩压以及舒张压差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；经过治疗之后，观察组的收缩压平均是（121.45±6.54）mmHg、舒張压平均是（72.15±3.38）mmHg，对照组分别为（149.45±8.54）mmHg、（86.45±5.38）mmHg，对两组的血压值，收缩压和舒张压等进行对比，观察组的两项指标均瑶比对照组优秀，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察的临床治疗有效率是95.3%，对照组是76.8%，两组的有效率显示，观察组较优秀。 结论 高血压合并糖尿病患者接受硝苯地平缓释片治疗的临床效果比较突出，患者的血压值显著降低，患者的症状改善明显，对患者的生活质量具有较大的改善，临床中可以推广使用。

Study on Clinical Effect of Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets in Treatment of Hypertension and Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of nifedipine sustained release tablets in treatment of hypertension and diabetes thus providing basis for the clinical medication. Methods 86 cases of patients with hypertension and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected for research and analysis， and divided into two groups with 43 cases in each， the observation group used the routine therapy and nifedipine sustained release tablets， while the control group were treated with irbesartan and routine therapy， and the clinical treatment of the two groups was compared and studied. Results Before treatment， the differences in the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure between the two groups were not statistically significant（P>0.05）， after treatment， the average systolic pressure and average diastolic pressure in the observation group and in the control group were respectively （121.45±6.54） mmHg， （72.15±3.38） mmHg and （149.45±8.54）mmHg， （ 86.45±5.38）mmHg， and the differences between the two groups were obvious， and the clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group（95.3% vs 76.8%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of nifedipine sustained release tablets in treatment of hypertension and diabetes is outstanding， which can obviously decrease the blood pressure value， and obviously improve the symptoms and greatly improve the quality of life， and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.

高血压合并糖尿病在临床中发病率比较高，目前还在不断上升。两种疾病都是以胰岛素抵抗为基础，患者体内胰岛素无法发挥降血糖作用。胰岛素是促合成激素，该激素能够影响蛋白质和脂肪的合成，还会引起水钠潴留和体重上升，引起高血压。现在临床中对高血压合并糖尿病的治疗需要采取药物控制血糖，用药时要注意联合性，选择具有长效降压的药物，可以降低不良反应，此次就该院2014年9月—2015年9月收治的86例患者开展了研究分析，对硝苯地平缓释片的临床治疗效果进行研究分析，现报道如下。
